I brought the worst fudge imaginable to the first BGRH beers.... I honestly believe I could have produced better fudge out of my ass.

    monkeyassfudge?

We could market and sell that to other boardsies, you know!

    It says 5.30 for a reason :)

Some will head straight from work....like me.

    Others will arrive later.

I know it sounds like a stoopid question but ya know what i mean ....

The only stupid question is the one that isn't asked :)

I'm planning on leaving work at about 4.30 to arrive there for 5.30.

People generally arrive througout the evening after that.

Don't leave it too late, becuase the longer people drink, the drunker they get.

You don't want to be arriving to a pub full of drunkards trying to introduce yourself, it can be quite intimidating tbh.

So, get there early, get drunk with everyone.

But most importantly, have a good night.

I have to meet my previous landlord and give back keys and get deposit cheque at 5 and that's on the north quays, so I'll be strolling over after that and will be at the B&C for half 5.

Now I'll have to find an outfit...

    :p

You do really have to bring condensed milk. And none of that evaporated crap, proper condensed milk only.

Is it forgiveable not to drink if you're driving? I'm asking for a friend >_>

That is the only acceptable reason not to drink. That, and being pregnant. Are you pregnant? It's ok. You can tell us!

I did have to do a few laps of Tesco's to find it, but I've got my can of condensed milk now.

While the Brethren take a very dim view of non-drinkers, it is acknowledged that the law rightly takes an even dimmer view of drink drivers and we would therefore in no way condone law-breaking. If, however, we find that it is for yourself and not a "friend" that you're asking this question, we reserve the right to ask some of the loacal gurriers to put the vehicle up on blocks. The Brethren also take a dim view of dishonesty and misrepresentation. ;)

    Good man robin!

See Lux, everyone's doing it. You wouldn't want to be the odd one out now, would you?

I draw your attention to this post. Specifically, what GinnyJo did last time when she couldn't get a can of condensed milk.
