Best horse ever, unfortunately he died when he was 4 years old

Willow and Harvey, my mother's 16.2hh half-thoroughbred, and my old 15.2hh little baby. Harvey died a few years ago at 20 (he had a heart condition) and Willow (now 13 I think) lives at a local riding school, my mother sold him but still rides him in lessons and takes him out sometimes. Miss them both!

This is me and a friend's horse in a jump off, taken about 3 years ago, in my glory days :P

He was being fed beet pulp as he was underweight, and so he was bouncing off the walls so carted me around the course

we were out at the local cross country course at the weekend. Had a new pony with us and both the girls had a great time swapping over and back! Had a bad day with the camera though so excuse the pics.

I know they aren't the best quality, it took a while to figure out how to stop the camera focusing on the tape or wall and to focus on a moving object. Was having a slow day

Love this thread! Here's a pic of me and a mare I have on loan. Getting on really well. She's only 4 so really happy with how she's coming on. Some schooling pics, a new judges salut?! and the mare having a sneaky snack mid -roll.

Not being cheeky at all, it was the Thornton Park beach ride.

I use a Canon 1d Mark 3 and the lens was a Canon 70-200 f2.8 is L, its worth about €7k but I still have a lot of gear from when it was my full time. All the better for the riders and horses the light was great that Sunday and the girls and horses were in great form too

fantastic equipment you have there. that lense is on my wish list for about 10 years now!!
