Some awesome threads there this year, but I think I enjoyed "100K in 100 days" the most. And I'd love to know how that's going as well.

It's the Quack Quack Quack thread for me.

Although the lloyd BCB throwing handbags around the place was quite amusing I feel the the Quack Quack thread has opened can of worms that effect alot more posters.... ie. stone cold in your face matchs V thouchy feely reads,

I have to say I loved the 100k in 100 days, great fun all round, Quack Quack was great too for a good auld argument, and Gholi v Trippie was just a nightmare dramabomb. I still haven't made my mind up which I'm gonna vote for...

I also really enjoyed Robin's Well....

    Ooohhh decisions, decisions,

i haven't read boards for over a month or so and just read the quack quack from start to finish. ripping good read indeed lol.... this math vs feel argument is fantastic! it makes more or less no sense whatsoever. i think it will probably get my vote. this quote from van dice was pretty hilarious.

"this is just wrong, I don't get why people have the perception of cash players as guys who do differential algebra for kicks in between streets, while tourney players are psychic wizards who can tell what suits your cards are but haven't a clue how to count to ten. Saying that tournament players do better in tournaments is just dumb. This is surely obvious by definition."

perhaps there should be a quote of the year poll. or comeback of the year....

I second the idea for a quote of the year/post of the year.

From the same thread; this is one of the funniest replies I've read here:
There is no great divide between cash and tournaments players here, most people who post here play both. But in each thread you are the one bringing up the divide where none existed in the past. And thats when you aren't bringing up your leaving cert results, your brilliance at football, your multi-discipline achievement in school or your unparalled record playing 3$ mtts on stars

And we can't let a year go by without bringing up this classic from the PokerEvents dealer thread.

this thread is redic, cardshark broke is the obvious choice and should be the only option on the poll

Agree, even for someone like me who doesn't know the guy, it was pure class.

itsw lucky cardshark won. i wasnt looking forward to setting up loads of fake accounts to ensure it retained its rightful position as thread of the year.

cardshark and lucky in the same sentence yet again. El Busto really does run so well.
