Does anybody else think that the SLR looks like a glorified cheesegrater?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,266 ✭✭✭MercMad

I think your right the SLR's wheels are not as nice as the turbine style ones. In fact ALL the SLR wheels are boring and too small !

I like the car, lots, but it can look rather ungainly from some angles. Give me next years SL65 any day !

    Indicating.
It wouldn't want to be a light out after paying nearly half a million euro!

Looks like a D reg on the jeep and is that a garda bollard?

The F50 was in Jurys carpark in Galway on the 25/10/06. Anyone who knows that carpark knows that it's a pain to park in. The ferrari driver was in 2 spaces in the basement, moved up to the ground level, then went back to the basement and parked in a single space. I don't know how he managed the narrow ramps or entries!

The Chevy, which I assume is what Plug is calling a Jeep, is actually a convertable. The owner was telling me all about it, and how they were only made for a couple of years. Really sound guy. Didn't get to see it with the roof down, yet!!! Same guy had an Escalade (that's the pimp one, isn't it?); he had gone to buy a Hummer, but didn't like the Hummer when he actually saw it!

The Honda, if I'm not mistaken, was an early Honda hybrid. Spotted it in London this time last year.

I think plug is talking about the jeep in the second picture of the ferrari.

Oops! The jeep is a local one, and the bollard is a no parking one for the space in the corner.

I now regret not going back to my car for my proper camera to get the Ferrari!!

That jeep is an Isuzu, not a chevy:rolleyes:
