I have no idea if this has been asked and i'm not trawling through pages and pages of stuff to find out. But, will there be cash games at any time during the event?

You getting excited/nervous now Steve? You might not make the 1000, but a real chance of making more than the IO.

probably a stupid question but would you get away with having a few cans at the table? i.e is alcohol allowed on the premises?

No alcohol is allowed at the table. It remains the discretion of the TD to decide whether or not a player may continue play in the event that the TD decides that the player is inebriated to the point that they are detrimental to the overall good of the event. In such cases the TD’s decision is final and the person may be removed from the tournament without recompense.

I wonder would it work out cost effective to get 513 people drunk before the event kicks off

    513 * we'll say 12 cans or a bottle of jameson (around €30)
    =€15,390 outlay
leaving a fair chunk of change for me :)
