KSC USP with "Shooters design" USP TACTICAL slide.
Shooter design 150% recoil spring. "Volante" hop up system on it's way also.
Took me so bloody long to file everything but well worth it in the end
.
Beautiful trades, only gripe would be the "Airforce SOC" trades.
Pictured here with my Magpul raped KWA M4.
The KWA on its own, changed since the last pics I put up of her.

Nighthawk Costa Recon 1911
Tokyo-Marui based Metal-Kit released by Ocean Custom Tactical (OCT-Japan), it is made by Prime/Nova and then later Cerakoted and Laser-Engraved in Japan.
Control Parts (small parts) by Nova/Anvil, all Cerakoted 'Graphite Black' except for stainless Trigger & Barrel-Bushing.

TM/Nova Kimber Warrior metal-kit
Nova Kimber Warrior metal-kit Cerakoted 'Graphite Black' to give it a protective layer and gloss finish more like the RS KimPro coating.
All small parts also Cerakoted.
A closer look at the Cerakote finish and infamous Kimber mag-release latch screw, bear in mind all photos are taken by phone, so not the sharpest quality.

TM-based Nova Kimber Raptor Metal-Kit
I might as well stick with the 1911 theme
Another of last years cracking Nova kits, this time the Polished Kimber Raptor, very much a collectors piece due to the aforementioned Polished-Finish.
But was firing at a steady 320FPS when I test-fired it after the build
A closer look at the Cerakoted Nova/Anvil small-parts and the Stainless Steel Black Anvil Trigger.
Protec (Japan) 1911 grip-weights, to even up the balance with wooden-grips.

WA Prime MEU [Early Version] & TM PGC MEU [Late Version]
A few comparison shots of the early and late models of MEU,
the obvious differences being the sights, Ring-Hammer v Delta Hammer, Clarks v Springfield Grip-Safety and side-wall height of newer Springfield frame.
If I had to choose one it would be the Early-Version

Said I'd follow the theme. Seeing Squad701's pics made me realize why i got into airsoft in the first place. Admittedly it's a poor attempt to do so after his pics but here goes:
Custom TM MEU with shooters design slide and frame, uprated internals tighbore etc with nightsights and wooden grips alongside a custom kimber warrior based on a TM night warrior and a pgc frame and slide set, pachmayr grips and night sights
custom TM sig p226 with non railed guarder frame slide and threaded barrel. this one has a flat base E2 type mag and night sights. Bottom is a TM g17 with guarder slide and barrel and laser grips
This is a ksc USP tactical with shooters design slide and barrel and suppressor

This is running with the theme of custom pistols:
Model M1911A1 pistol modeled after the one featured in Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater.
This is the most extensive piece I have ever worked on.
2-Tone Metal slide hand polished and engraved with "Armour Custom" and the game serial number "NM..."
3 dot night sights to match game version (bitch to get on there)
Full metal frame with markings
Parts used:
Tanio Koba Silencer Screw thread
Nova Barrel Bushing
Nova Spring Plug
Nova Long type trigger with customised holes
Nova Mag catch
Detonator slotted grips screws chrome
Real wood walnut grips, checkered with weaver knife cut out done by me.
Nova duck tail grip safety
Nova Wilson hammer
Nova Wilson extended slide stop
Nova ed brown thumb safety
Customised mainspring housing with stepping and removed lanyard loop
Internals:
Rocking a PDI 6.01 inner barrel,
Nineball hop rubber inside a TM hop unit
Airsoft surgeon 150% recoil spring
Airsoft surgeon 150% hammer spring
Airsoft surgeon 120% loading nozzle return spring
Airsoft surgeon Winter piston head and loading nozzle
TM rocket valve inside the nozzle
What has been done?
The plastic barrel had the TK SS attached, followed by the barrel bushing needing hand filing to fit the metal slide.
Than the sights were fitted and the slide was hand polished with steel wool followed by engraving being done by jeweler friend
Next I had the B***h of drilling the trigger (meh not too pleased with it
)
Then I had to hand file the duck tail to fit the MEU frame (this literally took days)
The sear and trigger bow were then modified with the higher springs so the trigger pull is very very light but firm so the trigger reset is very short
The MSH was then dremeled to give it stepping (function mostly, looks terrible to me)
The Real steel grips were then varnished, sanded etc to complete the look of the pistol
All components other than the chasis and outer barrel are after market mostly NOVA and AS
Lastly the chasis/hammer was fitted and all internal components were put together.
This was 2 years in the making with various hiatus' and an original draft being sold.
The total cost of this pistol build incl taxes/import, shipping and individual component pricing is 1100€ and has set me back 100+ hours.

Still on 1911s, here are a few shots of my TM/Hurricane Kimber Tactical Entry II,
including all the usual Nova parts which were Cerakoted to Graphite Black.
The frame and slide were Cerakoted to more accurately match the RS colours and finish.
Overall the Hurricane kits are very good value for money and for what's included in the kit, recommended for beginners Gunsmithing for the first time.
The first two photos were taken under very bright light conditions, so bear in mind it looks under most conditions like the bottom photo
Like the RS, the Cerakoted finish like the Kimpro 2 coating can make it look a lot darker in different lighting conditions.

Veering back to the pistol theme. This still needs some work but it's firing at least. there's a fair amount of filing needed to get it all to fit nicely and the mag release needed to be completely cut out. NOTE:I did not engrave this !!! it's a body kit for we glocks.

Howdy,
Here's a project I have being working on for a long while, I haven't finished the engraving on it but feck it, I'll show it to anyone If they want to see it once it is.
So why draw a wolf on it you say, well I'm sick of the normal crap and I like to be awkward and different about it.
It has a bit of the chris costa element to it with that weird hand to the front of the handguard grip which does work surprizingly for faster reflexes.
Grips are waaaaay more comfy than magpul one's and grips are postioned to suit my arm length.
So if you ever decide to go this route, just remember that the aeg you build is designed to suit you. So you could hand this to a mate and they might like it as the grip's aren't positioned to suit them. Just a bit of useless information for you there.
