First, find the image you want to upload and view image. You will then have a web address in the toolbar. e.g. http://www.netbroadcaster.com/new/shorts/flash/papasmurf.gif

Copy the web address and use the "insert image" icon and paste in the address and you get this.

If you want to upload a picture from your pc, or paint or whatever, you have to use an image upload site such as imageshack to upload the picture
