No, not every time. I only sleep maybe 6 hours max a night. Life is too short.
I'm making a cheesy chicken rice casserole I never baked before. 15 more minutes and it will be ready for testing.

Yup! It's yummeh! But you must understand here in the American Mid West, when you say Medium, you get it rare. When you say rare, they cook it for maybe 60 seconds (blech!) So if you tell them medium well, you get it medium. Just a little pink in the center. So ya gotta play the "ordering game" to get it right. Why? Because the cook never went to college, just the owner did and he's drunk at the bar.

So do they make yours right in Manchester?

No, but I was offered a job there once. I'm afraid of hurricanes. It would have been in one of the most oft hit places. No thanks. No money is worth that.
But they sent me oranges from their grove as a thanks for considering.
