I think its the qualifying questions your getting stuck on, happens to me a fair bit too, no need to be e-mailing screenshots of that IMO. If you don't qualify you don't qualify, luck of the draw.
It is the qualifying questions; when I said contact them I meant to see if they could tell me what they're actually looking for, just to satisfy my own curiosity. I imagine it's something to do with my age.

It also depends on who else is completing surveys at the same time. If they have a quote of 40-something males, you could find yourself bumped out if someone else completes the survey just ahead of you.

Yeah, I know - like I've said, I've got this survey about 5 or 6 times and it's the same for another poster on this thread, so they're obviously looking for something very specific in this one. I've taken the survey as soon as the email came through on a couple of occasions and it was the same.

There's no way a survey company should or would tell you that. It would lead to people misrepresenting themselves in order to get the reward.

It's just part of answering any surveys. I've had many phone surveys the same. Enough get through to give me my €30 or €40 every couple of months. :)

I wasn't really being serious, I know what the response would be - I would just like to know what the hell they're looking for because I keep getting the thing sent to me!

I have been doing online surveys for a number of years with Irishopinions and to this day I still find:
    • Appalling level of support from them
    • They take weeks to reply to any issues, automatically accuse of doing something wrong and never take responsibility for any issues which occur even when its obvious that its a problem on their side.
    • Zero interest in maintaining any sort of relationship with those who do surveys regularly

My latest issue is when I go to do a survey I get the following message:
Thank you very much for your interest in our surveys. Unfortunately you can’t participate in this study. Our records indicate that your ID has already been registered for this project and/or data inconsistencies have been identified regarding the profile data you’ve provided.

If you need assistance or have any questions, please get in touch with our support team by sending any enquiries to enquiries@irishopinions.com

I have emailed twice in a week and have yet to receive a reply to confirm they have received my email.

Have gotten about €50 for amazon so far. What bugging me is the surveys about radio stations. What stations do you need to listen to to qualify as I never seem to qualify. I originally just ticked iRadio & 2fm but have broadened it to include FM104, Nova and Q102 but I still dont qualify. Shame really as its probably the one subject id like my opinion to be counted on. Couldnt care less about buying ham or my opinions on certain adverts.

Is anyone else doing this massive shopping one at the minute? It's all in different parts, they reckon it could be worth e15 at the end.

Yeah but they asked me to sign up to a forum and they are send me email asking to do strange things like take photo's of the bathroom lol. No thanks

Ehh who sent you the e-mail. Irish opinions? The whole point of the surveys is that you remain anon I thought. I've never been asked anything that could lead back to me in a survey anyway, e-mail / phone number / name even.

Not much point getting an opinion from someone who gives the answers that he thinks gets him included in the survey! I just give honest answers and earn over €100 per year from Irish Opinions.

It's what they want answered, not what you want to give an opinion on, when all's said and done.

    (

I assume you are joking. Just because they hit the quota for female respondants...

What gets me is that they have to ask these elimination questions at all, when they have our profiles already.

ya that really annoys me- they say thay send us surveys based on our profile but they obviously just feck them to everyone.

should change my prof details and write im a porn star with millions and put the playboy mansion as my address and see does it make a blind bit of difference:p
