I hesitate to reprimand you on this posting, it sounds like a terrible situation to have dealt with. If it helps, why not start your own thread about this. I would ask you in respect to the other posters in this tread to observe the reason the thread was started.

Could I please ask for prayers that God will bless me and my bf with a child as its something we really want dearly but hasn't happened yet. Also can i ask for prayers for my friends father who has recently been diagnosed with secondary cancer. Thank you!

I will certainly pray for your friend's father and ask God to heal him of that cancer.

However, as a Christian I cannot pray for you and your boyfriend to bring an illegitimate child into the world. Christians believe that the correct setting for sexual relationships and childbirth is within marriage, so maybe you should consider getting married first and then ask us to pray for a happy event?

Hello minime, God bless you too. As already suggested I would also suggest you consider marriage if you truly love your boyfriend. The Lord will see your sincerity to do His will and might just grant you your wish!

I will offer prayers this evening for everyone who has asked.

Someone whose very dear to me has convinced themselves that I'm an awful person. I won't get into it, suffice to say, they're wrong, but most people they've known have treated them badly. Hard to accept that someone might be different. Anyway, I just hope people could pray for our relationship to heal itself. Would mean a lot to me.

I only discovered this forum today and have been reading all the requests for prayer help. I am a strong believer in prayer and could write the proverbial book about the answers, which I have received over the years. I believe that other's prayers are very necessary because Christ said "Wherever two or three are gathered in my name, I am there in the midst of them" and He also said that anyone who asks anything of the Father in His name, it will be granted. This gives me a lot of relief from worrying about things which I can do nothing about. I would recommend it to everyone.

me again, I have a suspicious shading on the liver 18 months after the surgery to remove my oesophagus - going for a ct next week hopefully and should have the results soon after, could you please pray that the results will be good, you helped so much the last time ( would not be here had it not been for all of you guys).

I am at a crossroads in my life at the moment. I ask that you pray to God for guidence for me. I have been truly blessed in my life, and have no right to be down. However, I find myself getting angry and frustrated at the problems I face. Sometimes this stupidity of mine impacts on my loved ones as it manifests itself as anxiety in me. Please pray to God that I may become calm in his wisdom, and secure in his Love. I am feeling spiritually weak. Appreciate it bretheren.

I remember posting here a while back - a year and a half ago to be precise. At that stage, I was about to start a new job and I was worried. Thankfully my prayers and those praying on behalf of me were answered. I got on just fine! But now I've come full circle and quit. I guess that it was something of a premature mid-life crisis, a knee jerk reaction to turning 30!

Anyway, my future is now uncertain. Or more uncertain than a 9-5, Mon to Friday. If people can spare a moment to pray that God will guide me in this next chapter of my life, one that I feel is very important, I would much appreciate it.

I will certainly pray for all those who have requested it. I've previously posted a prayer request for my friend's father who has cancer. Many thanks to anyone who has prayed, however he has being recently told that the treatment isn't working and he has a short time left. I ask that ye pray that his last days will be painless and he finds the strength to accept God's will. I also ask for prayer for my friend and her family in this very difficult time for them. Thanks very much.

Just got some brilliant news, the PET scan was negative! He is doing a biopsy to be sure but we are really happy. Thanks for all of your prayers, they really made a difference!

I too would like to ask for prayer for myself with regards to an ongoing custody case. My ex husband applied to the court for custody of my two sons over a year and a half ago. My youngest son however didn't want to stay with my husband and is living with me. My older son has been living with his Dad since he applied for the custody-hence my sons live in separate houses. This wouldn't be too bad if their Dad lived close to us but he moved to be with his girlfriend and it's a 3 hour round trip away.

I've been into court on eight different occasions about this and it's still not resolved. Added to this my older son has asked me to drop the case as he lwants to stay with his Dad. I understand that he is well settled there at this stage and also his Dad is far better off financially than I am so this is a huge pull to a 14 year old! Also,my ex absolutely detests me and never speaks to me so it's a very difficult situation. My son dropped a bombshell tonight; he was due to come to me this weekend but said he doesn't want to as I won't drop the case.

I'm so heartbroken and really need prayer for guidance as I don't know what to do. I love my boys so much and really hate the thoughts of them not growing up together. I also hate only seeing my son every two weeks-also when he gets a bit older I fear he won't want to spend time with me at all.
