SO lets not include the joystick or Win 7 to get a price, and you'd be looking at about €270-300 for the rig.

Its a little unfortunate that equipment depreciates so quickly.

You may be better off hanging onto some of it, and upgrading the bits you need, though in fairness you'd build a MUCH faster machine for about €500.

Why not hang onto the PSU and the case? Sell the components and build a new one?

You'd probably still get about €250, so add another €250-300 and you'd build yourself a nice new rig, without needing to get a new case or PSU.

BTW - is it the Armour A90, or the VA8000 (or variant)?

One is about 3 times the price of the other. (VA8000 is about €280)

Pretty sure it's a VA800BWS model, paid about €120 for it from hardwareversand.

I thought it would be that low alright, just wanted a second opinion. Reason I'm not too willing to keep it is the PSU is quite a noisy beast and I like my silence :P

IF you can get it get the Acer Timeline X 3820TG 13" LED, i5@2.6, 4GB Ram, switchable graphics with Ati HD6560 500GB for around 800eur but only sells from germany eastwards. Have it and it blows anything in the 13" market out of the water while maintaining long battery life and weight of around 1.5kg.
