This is typical of why this abuse happens: it's not just the men themselves, it's a section of society in general that thinks of these girls as objects for men's gratification, a reward for being wealthy. I suspect it's a sort of projection, like someone reading a glossy magazine and fantasising that they live that life themselves.

Pretty sure he's talking about Epstein, but you really are helping to show what I was talking about re Trump supporters eagerness to claim he is innocent and this is a smear, yet simultaneously his political enemies are also guilty.

Most everyone else seems to want to actually find out who has been involved here - be it Trump, Clinton, non political figures, or anyone else - and see them brought to jutice. I'm curious why it is that you (or Trump supporters generally) seem to feel it is your duty to defend Trump without knowledge of the facts?

You've those so called facts a little over stated. 26 times on a plane isn't much if your trip is around Africa and back over a month. Everyone was at marlargo, he was barred from there by Trump when a complaint was made. A lot of recruiting went on by other girls in schools near there in Palm beach, Epstein has a mansion there.
Trump has been well ahead of this in calling it out and dropped Bills name in it along with Epstein.
It's not fair to lump bill or don in at the moment as there not involved in these current charges and the old sweetheart deal documents won't be used for this trail.
The ones that staid partying with Epstein after his last wrap should be in the spotlight.
Maxwell has a few questions to answer. They seem like a pair of anything goes pimps to the uber wealthy.

What are charges against him this time? Seems no one knows exactly why he's being held. They found some photos in his New York home>? Photos of someone that made be under 18, so it sounds like she's late teens. I don't see him doing much time for this.

Epstein was arrested under a sealed federal indictment and charged with one count of sex trafficking and one count of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. It's a catch all but they can hold him with it. The bail hearing is Monday he may get out but I doubt it if this is as serious as it looks.

I personally think it's unlikely he knowingly got involved with any underage girls, doesn't mean he couldn't be in trouble though.

If this guy doesn't go down for this people should be out on the streets, how is this not one of the biggest scandals in US history? He's another version of Jimmy Saville.

There was a case here in Northern Ireland of someone being charged for possession of CP but it turned out the images were all of an American porn star. Can't remember off hand which porn star the pics were of, so can't link the case, but I'll post it up if it comes to mind.

A similar one was that of a New York pediatrician who bought a porno DVD on vacation in Venezuela. On his return passing through Puerto Rico he was arrested and charged with distribution and possession of CP and banged up to await trial.

In the meantime his lawyers contacted the pornstar (Little Lupe) and she agreed to fly to Puerto Rico and be a witness at his trial. She did and he was released. Now that's a happy ending.

I foresee one very bad outcome of the embattled labor secretary Acosta’s resignation over the 2008 plea deal when he was a federal prosecutor in Florida. Prosecutors will be running scared from now on as a plea deal, which are considered light, might follow them their entire professional life as attitudes change over time. Plea deals are usually offered when the prosecutors case is a bit weak in its foundation. From now on I think you will see prosecutors not offering plea deals and taking weak cases to trial. And many of those trials will result in not guilty verdicts which will also stand in any double jeopardy circumstances. So some bad guys will get to walk away free rather than at least serving some time for crimes committed.

We know for a fact the children were 14/15. The authorities know this. We know for a fact he has previous for same with children. This isn't #ibelieveher he has a record. There are actual underage children being questioned.

It not evidence Trump had underage sex with kids though. Women have made allegations against him though. One girl who was 13 ast the time said Trump demanded foreplay with her.

Yeah I would believe that Epstein was protected from on high by serious powers. If this were not true he would he arrested and in jail long ago. I would say once you had been on his plane and to his island you would be videoed and this would later be used to black mail you. He is the Jimmy Saville of the Americas.

In fairness I think the poster was making the point that we don't know how old the girls were in the specific photos which were found.

Though considering everything you mention above, I doubt the photos are just of some young pornstars. Nor do I understand why the poster's few examples of times detectives wrongly charged people when it turned out their pictures were just legal-age pornstars matter. Epstein is someone who has already admitted to and done plea deals regarding trafficking and procuring minors and subjecting them to sexual abuse. I don't think we need to consider giving Epstein the benefit of the doubt as to whether the girls in the photos might have been over the age of consent when they were taken. It's a pretty safe bet the billionaire paedophile Epstein wasn't just keeping his favourite issues of Playboy in his safe.

For which agency I wonder? Could get very interesting if what you say about entrapping world leaders is true. Either way this guys protection is obviously starting to wear off.

It just rumor and speculation so don't take to the bank- Mossad. His passport with a fake name was got in Austria- but had a Saudi residence address.

Sadly, I think Epstein will get off with a rather lenient sentence… another plea deal, perhaps The plea deal in 2008 makes prosecution problematic in federal court because of the Constitution’s rules of guarantee against double jeopardy. Democrats just want this to go away as they have no interest in exploring the behavior of their own party who are neck-deep in a pedophile’s activities. The best bet prosecutors would have for a successful prosecution is if they can find new offenses committed since the plea deal of 2008 was made.

Details so far are sketchy. When reports broke sources said Epstein may have got assaulted in his cell. Different sources said he tried to commit suicide. I not jumping to conclusions yet someone tried to kill him. Still he should be watched 24 hours a day and this should never have happened. This guy needs to be brought to trial for his crimes and not get an easy way out by killing himself if this is what happened here?

Do they care if Bill Clinton was involved? Who else from the democrat party was friends with Epstein? Clinton and Trump were the biggest names I heard.

There is also a possibility that some powerful people might be worried that he will talk and want to shut him up. Wardens could be pressured to look the other way while he is knocked off in prison.
