Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Think you could extend that sentiment to more than one thread - won't know what to do with all the free time!

The Cork Senior Hurling Team will play @KilkennyCLG in a benefit match for the Kieran O' Connor fund on Wednesday March 27th at 7.30pm in Páirc Uí Rinn. Further details to be announced. @friendsofkieran #friendsofkieran

Wrt to football, my understanding is that Cork must beat Armagh to have a chance of staying up. But if Clare beat Tipp, Cork & Tipp go down irrespective of Cork result in Armagh. A Cork win plus a Tipp win or draw v Clare and it’s Tipp & Clare relegated.

Probably all academic as Cork don’t look like they can beat Armagh anyway.

    All-Ireland PPS Croke Cup U19 A SF (FT) St Kieran’s College 0-17 (17) CBC 0-15 (15).

pity CBC or Midleton couldn't make it to an All Ireland final but they have both given a lift to Cork GAA over the winter

Both teams only lost by a couple of points, plenty of talent coming through.

I mean considering what I’ve seen and listened to from the cork footballers during the league we will be lucky if we stay up. It’s be awful ****e at times.

True, but none of us want them to drop to Div 3 to be fair. Will show a little character if they can survive.

Oh absolutely I want them to stay up. I mean last weekend a Waterford supporter was laughing at me saying the cork footballers might be playing the Waterford footballers soon if things get any worse. I mean that’s not even a joke.

It would be a fantastic achievement to stay up, when many saw the inevitable relegation.

    Cork win by a point.

Really gutted to be going down, thought they had done enough today but it wasn't to be.

At least they showed a bit of fight.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,563 ✭✭✭The White Feather

Jeez I really thought Cork would lose and Tipp would win.

Turns out its the other way around!

Too little too late though. Damage was already done before today.

    Showed heart today at least

It wasn’t today that relegated cork being honest. It was the other results that put us in trouble.

Division three gives the lads a chance to get going next year. Win the division and build for division two again. Not the end of the road.

Absolutely, but with minutes remaining we were staying up, though on the lads.

Fair play to you for travelling. I've given up on these lads a long time ago. The defeat to Kildare in C'ship a few years back did it for me I'm afraid. The only day of hope since was the Mayo game that went to ET.
