2 full days left for bargains, grab what you can asap, I remember last year big stock shortages on booze in the days following Christmas where offers were still valid but no stock remained.

Supervalu have 4 types of hobgoblin for about 12eu and 6 other craft beers in a pack for 18eu. Can't remember the names but all tasted good to me :-)

any specials on Guinness anywhere for the new year? Tesco €36 a tray today and going up to €39 a tray tomorrow (you have to buy them in packs of 8). I can't get near shops today and don't want to spend €39 on a slab

Baileys - still 11.99 per 70cl bottle (Tesco are gone back up to 16.99 for the same bottle).
Jameson 70cl is 22 Euro
Hennessy 70cl is 30 Euro

4 for 8 and 4 for 9 on different bottles of beer- e.g. 4 500ml bottles of Erdinger Kristal for 9 Euro (I didn't check any of the other ones- they had loads of different ones though- including all the OHara craft beers)

And- for the morning after- 100grm jars of Carte Noir 3.25 or 200grm jars @ 6 Euro........

Plus- Dunnes are doing the til spits @ 25 Euro intervals- 5 off @ 25, 10 off @ 50, 15 off @ 75, 20 off at 100.......- and they can be used on alcohol too........

Lidl have "Argus Strong Beer" as part of their Polish week, a whooping 7.2% for €1.49 a 1/2 Liter can.
She's a bit too high octane for me, €10 would have a lad firmly lodged in beer heaven.

They have lots of other Polish beers from €1.19 onwards for those in less of a rush.

Polish week starts 26th January (- next Monday)

I see in tesco O'Hara's red ale has gone up from 1.89 to 2.05. :-( O'Hara's stout is 1.95.

Havent really seen them on offer, But i did pick up 20 * 330ml Heno bottles in centra on saturday for 20 notes
They also had a 6 pack of same on offer for 10 notes
