    You can cancel the update when you go to update it and play your games while the update downloads in the background.
    I gained a letter after a short ninja castle game.

    Not to mention a possible 2-3 hour downtime on Christmas morning while you wait for updates to install. Good idea to do it all now.... It's for the kids, right Damo? :o

    Anyone else notice the wii u boxes are not sealed?? Unsure but no zombi u in my box wtf???

    Anyone else get the zombi u pack? Is there a download code or a disc??

    Trying to stay calm here but wtf!!!!

    It's for me and the girlfriend, we don't need the kids for an excuse! I'm just a sap, and wanna wait for her to be home before setting it up... :o

    I got the ZombiU bundle. Bundle box was unsealed but everything was there can't miss the game it's in a regular box etc??

    We picked up our Wii U at the midnight launch in Gamestop in Limerick last night. It was pretty busy, and the atmosphere was really good.

    all updates took about an hour.

    Yikes that doesnt sound good at all. There's a disc in the box for definite. Mine was unsealed too, but did have the disc.

    You don't actually think they took the game out of the box do you?

    Update took about 30-40 minutes for myself

    Not too bad

    Takes a whole year for the ps3 to sync your trophies

    If you're updating on your birthday it mightn't take as long as the servers may not be under as much stress as they are today.

    Mine took an hour with a 7mb connection.

    So i played nintendoland for about an hour in a half and unless people have a group of people to play with , its not worth keeping playing solo.

    I dont have a gaming family , i have one sis who loves cod only and another who has no patience to play games unless its the sims or alice madness returns.

    Gonna try to trade it in tomorrow and get something else instead

    Sonic and sega all star racing and maybe black ops 2 though i hate shooters i need something just to keep me occupied till the end of xmas with an online system

    Excellent, really looking forward to it. Have you died yet?

    It's going to be a long 25 days, especially since I know exactly where it is but can't play it. Sigh...:(

    But the building anticipation until I do get to play it will make it an even better moment :pac:.

    I died at the very beginning of the game. Lol

    None of this ease you in gently stuff, a horde comes straight after you at speed and dragged me off the ladder. I was looking at the control pad thinking WTF
