It's not orange juice its an orange juice drink. Only a small % of juice in it and tastes very different.

39 cent for 500 ml of "orange juice drink".

    No bargain there lads.

“Orange Juice Drink” is not pure orange juice, or from concentrate. It’s some orange juice + sugar + water

  • Registered Users Posts: 331 ✭✭marrm

"Orange Juice" = 100% juice, even if made from concentrate

"Orange Drink" (not allowed to mention the word "juice") = diluted, maybe 50% or 25% or even 10% juice, rest is extra water.

Just spotted the family pack of the Madeira cakes, reduced to €1.49, that's a great price.

They look nice on the box but they are tiny inside and feck all meat on them, better off asking a butcher for unsalted ribs and doing them yourself

Those ribs were regularly on special offer at half price: €1.99 over the past few years, so €3.79 isn't really much of a bargain.
