Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Near Naas and it seems to have passed pretty quickly. At one stage it was really loud. About five seconds between flash and sound. Rain has stopped too.

Should I be unplugging all my consumer electronics at this point? Serious question!

Count the seconds between flash and rumble, if its two or three or less start unplugging, thats my plan anyhow.

6:30 AM Darker, first heavy rain begins Dublin city centre.

Net Zero means we are paying for the destruction of our economy and society in pursuit of an unachievable and pointless policy.

Nice crack of thunder there just now. Is it my imagination though, but it looks less intense on Raintoday as it gets to us in Bray/Dublin. The Whites and Blacks are almost gone and its reds and purples now for the most part

Sitting outside in deep North County Dublin. Looking South. I can see it far off in the distance. Looks like the end of days.
Seems to be moving very quickly.

Rain, thats it :( not even that heavy

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,357 ✭✭✭✭Larbre34

Likewise in D15, heavy rain for last 10 mins but no direct t&l

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,483 ✭✭✭✭Supercell

Rainfall rates are a bit disappointing for a thunderstorm here, highest rate so far was 57mm/hr, far short of a record last December of 87mm/hr, thunder rates are one every 5 mins or so, seems like this is a pretty weak affair at this stage.
