Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm feeling very sorry for myself, so I brought home a Smoked Cod and Chips from the chipper. Gonna have two slices of bread and butter with it. After that Mrs G. will be told to feck off to bed as I want the big TV to watch very old episodes of Star Trek on Netflix. I may stop typing as I need to get it all on a plate. Starving!

Burger and chip day today - my favourite. Now deciding on what to have with ice-cream - stewed apples with raisins and clove, peaches or pears.

I'm on a flat out working thing that negates me from being home to make dinner. The ladies have to fend for themselves based on what I leave ready. They are well looked after. Tonight its a steak on the pan with garlic spuds. The bottom level needs to be cleared as well. I wanna watch more Star Trek.:D On the way to Kerry and then back up to Westmeath this weekend. I'm in no mood for any crap.:D

Absolute muck of day at work. Land home -nothing in the freezer !

Open a bottle of red , throw an obscene amount of garlic and onion on the pan , lean mince, chopped toms and Worcester sauce. Spaghetti on, add gochujang to the mince. Serve up- big wedge of Camembert, even bigger glass of wine .... the bad day is fading away ! Nom!

    Delicious brown mush.

It's pickled veggies in a brown sauce type thing. Vinegary and slightly sweet. It's very tasty. I usually buy it in December because my Christmas leftover sandwich is not really my Christmas leftover sandwich without it.

Grand oul dinner last night. Chicken stuffed with black pudding, roasties, boiled spuds in their jackets and various veg. Breakie today was poached eggs and brown bread. Hotel sandwiches today for lunch. The rain has followed me the last few days. I should be homeward bound soon. Gonna grab a Chinese takeaway on route. Will there be beer? Stupid question.
