Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Not sure if anyone will be affected but I was set up for auto renew on 24th March. Just checked there now and seen email that membership was cancelled (new bank card issued during the year - the usual - new number so payment does not process). Anyway, you have to pay €89.99 to re-start membership. Pay it.

Then 2 mins on a live chat and the guys will process a refund for €20.

How do the Family Accounts work if you go in with someone? Do you have access to each other's account or are the accounts (viewing history, passwords etc) segregated?

Thanks for this - same issue here but was afraid to just go ahead in case I didn't get the refund. I was thinking of going monthly but the Friday night family Marvel viewing is one of the small pleasures we have left!!

I sat on livechat for 2hours yesterday and still didn't get through to anyone, despite it saying the whole time it would only be a minute. Tried on the phone too but had to give up eventually. Tried again this morning and there's a message on there saying We know this is an issue, we'll be in touch by email. Will hold off till tomorrow but there'll be wigs on the green if they can't watch Falcon and Winter Soldier tomorrow night!

One account (email and password) with a number of profiles. You stick to your own profile.

You can PIN protect . If the owner sets it's up then only he/she will have access to that profile as well as the profile user.

But would that stop say me putting on 3 TVs in the house with my 1 profile?

True but we are all honest boardies here.

The account owner could always set some joining rules such as a minimum off let's say 500 posts.

Anyone got their refund yet? I had similar issue with card expiring during the year & had 2 pay €90 at the end of March for renewal! Got onto Disney on the phone & they promised a refund 4 the difference but just checked my balance & no sign of the refund! Surely shouldn't take a month?!?!?

Gave them a ring as chat kept telling me my wait time was less than a min 4 10 mins! Agent apologised 4 the refund not going thru 4 some reason! She cancelled the refund and processed a new one! Got an email confirmation of my refund shortly after the call! Should b in my bank account in 3-5 working days!

Mine did not auto renew so I rsng them and was told pay full price and they would refund me the differance, a week later they refunded me the full amount and the account is dated for next year so a free year.

There is no solution via Getflix. I contact them about twice a month and get the same answer that they are working on it.

I think I'll just disable it so (getflix) and put it back on my device when it's needed, which seems to be for BBC iPlayer only now tbh, as Netflix US detects getflix anyway.

It will if your tv runs an android operating system. However some tv's run their own system and app store so may not have the app.

If you are thinking long term, there will be a prime sale next month and Fire tv sticks will be on sale most likely (Somewhere between 20th and end of month). These would allow you to have all the apps on your tv.

I can't speak for big brands like LG etc. But for other brand TVs like walker etc. There is no Disney app.

Depends on your TV brand I found. They all differ.

My Philips with Android TV has the app.
