Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The pick of these two teams wouldn’t pressure Leinster one bit.

I half wanted Edinburgh to score another so I could turn this off, but Lyttle goes and gives me a little bit of hope, which will only make the next 25 minutes all the more painful.

    Stop giving them simple possession.

And they immediately overthrow the line out by a mile.

If there's a hooker who can make his tackles and hit his jumpers in Ireland right now, he'll be the test hooker.

Awful from Embra. Had a chance to clear and get the ball off the park

That’s Chris Dean for you. There are better centers in Scottish league.

    Lovely finish by Lyttle

    Spoke too soon.

Lowry, McGrath and Lyttle all p*ss poor there.

I've never seen defence like this. Abysmal.

We look like Ulster under Kiss...

    Sigh. Ulster are a shambles.

Lyttle with three embarrassing tackle attempts there, shocking stuff

Ulster with some shocking attempts at tackling. Life line back into the match and let Edinburgh back in so softly

After filling the house with expletives and a ticking off from the wife I just have.

Take the bloody points for once. Make it a one score game.

Nope, to the corner yet again.

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

Great call to go for the corner. Brave. Fierce.

Respect to Ulster for the right call.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,221 ✭✭✭A-Train

A good response from Ulster. A decent try.

I've always believed that Ulster's maul would pay off.

    Never once doubted them.

Great maul. Best maul of all time.

Look at the size of Marty Moore. He looks like he has eaten a prop.

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

Ulster now playing with the hunger and intensity that was missing for the past 3 weeks. Hunting the opposition and hammering into tackles. You can see the shift in their demeanour out there.

Coetzee is quite good. Can't imagine what he thinks about those around him

Well, I think we now know why we haven't seen Milasinovich yet.

I appreciate him being here and all, but I'd actually love to see what he could do in a team like Leinster. Probably the best backrower on the island.

    Successful jinx!

Coetzee is completely shattered. You could see him doubled over before that pass came to him.

Some other guys need to step up right now and take some responsibility if Ulster are going to do this. Coetzee is on fumes. Credit to Treadwell who is putting his hand up repeatedly to take on some of the carrying but others are conspicuous but their absence in carrying.

    Another knock on.

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

Mathewson has done well in terms of clearing the ball away but he looks a little tubbier than he did in Limerick and isn't exactly sprinting to rucks. Has there been an effort to beef up the team in Ulster? Multiple players looking heavier than they used.

Edinburgh now having a rest at every break in play. Just keep the pressure on.

    Except Jordi seemingly.

Alby doing some fierce winding up at the end of that ruck

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

If Marty Moore is on top of you, you're going to need a forklift to get out of the way of the ball coming back.

    GO TO THE CORNER!

Brilliant stuff. Didn't see the game going this way but Ulster's bench has turned this around.

Get the ball the hell out of your half. Do not play rugby near your posts.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,357 ✭✭✭✭Larbre34

    This is fierce entertaining.

Have to favour Ulster's gas tank to shade it

I might be paranoid but I reckon Stockdale is getting bad S&C advice, looks top heavy and slower. He was never the quickest but he had a good first few yards and they were key for all the breaks he used to make.
