BS, what is happening now is society is automatically putting these in a "bad place" en masse. You only have to see how sexualized society has become to understand the correlation with the emergence of these slags and simps (who are part of the problem as well).

Which is fine. But if you then go around telling everyone else they will have the same effect from quitting - you would likely be talking nonsense for most people.

Similarly if you had an unhealthy relationship with porn and-or masturbation - or if you have some underlying hormonal condition you do not know about that is exacerbated by the hormone changed masturbation and porn cause - then quitting is a great thing for you to do.

But what the "nofap" and "yourbrainonporn" nonsense tries to do is claim that because people like yourself benefit from abstience that everyone else will or should too. And quite the opposite is true. Most people will see no benefits from stopping either I would guess. And some people will fare worse.
All that said though if pornography can "warp your sense of reality" - and I genuinely can not imagine how that is even possible - then it might be worth exploring through introspection or with a medical mental health professional as to whether your grasp of - or link to - reality might be for some other reasons tenuous to start with. Again - undiagnosed underlying issues can be a thing.

Tens of millions of young men grow up with smart phones these days and have finger tip access to porn, the majority of these mens first sexual experience will be warped due to years of consuming sick content that was designed to sedate the masses, which it is doing.

Any "man" who regularly watches porn whilst simultaneously wishing they had a better sex life is a ****ing loser, i'd rather bang attractive women then get off watching another man do it, pathetic.

Some guy who shared over 6 thousand nudes of both private pics and Only Fans content on an online discord server accidentally uploaded a screenshot of his college end of year results, including his full name, address and college course, among the photos.

Some of the girls in the pictures were not only under 18, they were also unaware they were being photographed/recorded which makes it even worse. It will be classed as child porn should charges be pressed.

Sounds pretty serious, also what an idiot. If charges are pressed (can gardai press charges knowing that some of the photos were of underaged girls or does one of the actual girls have to press charge?) will get done for child porn, that is any form of life he may of had over.
