Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

French management looking classy in their black tie.

Another rubbish tackke from the Wales 13. That guy is a turnstile on defence.

And it was the 23 actually.

France are definitely good here, but it can't be ignored how bad Wales are.

For such an experienced team they have no answers to France's line speed and their indecision ball in hand is making life easy for this improved French defense.

    Halfpenny in trouble.

You'd hate to be playing against France in this kind of mood, but bloody hell it is great to watch them.

Now Wales just look badly coached. No composure there at all with a score on a plate in front of them.

Delighted to see moriarty smashed by Dupont, he was hanging off Le Roux’s neck earlier.

Absolutely criminal to not score from that position. They're all over the place

Wales are going 3 points again? Why?

Also their kicking. France just placing wingers and their 8 back and lapping up the kicks.

I'm conflicted. A Welsh win suits us, but great to see France play as they are.

The Welsh are about to discover how good they had it under Gatland and Edwards.

Same, same. It's also nice to see Wales getting battered.

He’s been getting away with a few hits with the shoulder, no wrap, as well.

They’ve done this a few times now. Great starts but then go to sleep, or fall apart, after 60 minutes.

France number 9 held back off the ball by the Wales 6.

    Not picked up.

Wales have morphed into Ireland under Declan Kidney.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,244 ✭✭✭✭Hurrache

Yeah, falling in Wales favour, not entirely justified. Welsh whinging annoying the ref too.

Thought it was against the rules to do that.

    Classic Wales.

Wales play like one off my team's warm up sessions before training starts

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

Dupont held back by Moriarty and still managed to spoil.

BBC absolutely bulling for a penalty to Wales for anywhere

Wales have morphed into Ireland under Declan Kidney.

Just absolutely no idea what to do when they have the ball. A man up and playing in the narrow channels.

Never seen such a completely disjointed performance from them

Great tackle by Dupoint at the back of the scrum. Completely killed the move.

  • Registered Users Posts: 798 ✭✭✭Rockbeast2

That was an enjoyable half to watch. Anything could happen in the second half!

    Wales are clueless.

    Exhausted just watching that.

    That French defense. Superb.

Very un-french like! Edwards having a big impact already.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,501 ✭✭✭swiwi_

Not quite as good as the Italy Scotland spectacle.

Savage French defence there. Might be the winning of the game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,159 ✭✭✭Cypher_sounds

Wales lacking a certain NZ punch.

Oh my god. Wales got nothing from that effort. That was a catastrophe.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,416 ✭✭✭Dave_The_Sheep

Five plus minutes of the sin bin period wasted there.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,564 ✭✭✭RugbyLover123

Bit of niggle in this game. Looking forward to second half.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,149 ✭✭✭mangobob

Wales just shat the bed multiple times in the last few mins of that half.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,599 ✭✭✭ScrubsfanChris

All that also took 6 minutes off the yellow card.

I didnt think that they were even that amazing there. Wales butchered so many opportunities

Just kidding. That was the “line” trotted out when Neil Back slapped the ball from Stringer’s hands back in the day.

It’s poor form when that stuff gets “missed” but when you have pathetic, ineffectual, cowardly linesmen giving them bare minimum of input, defensive lines living offside, runners well ahead of every kick off and front rows driving crooked coupled with short binds going unpunished, day in, day out, it’s hardly unexpected.

Why anyone would watch Virgin Media over BBC is astonishing.
