Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

All i meant there was that over a 3 years period and over a 1000 selections, i only picked 14-15 4/1 or less shots and they all won. ( the vast majority of mine at over 25/1. So i only picked those at a rate of 1 every 3 months or so.

Which is exactly what he's saying?

    Disregard the horses above 4/1.
That's 100% strike rate on selections priced to win 50% (if you assume they were all evens) of the time. So according to the prices, only 7/8 of those should win (less than that if you're claiming they were bigger than evens) and you're claiming you backed 15/15.
I think he has a point, but I don't think it matters because nobody else seems to follow so you're getting off lightly.

Btw you said the brits had no chance of winning any of the novice chases at Cheltenham last March. I'm certain they were below 4/1 for that and you were spectacularly wrong there.

I don’t remember how many Aidan had in a row but I backed a fair few of his horses over the years and I remember that run of 4/1 shots Sprint Sacre was one for sure.

Note to everyone, whether it (this or other aftertimes) happened or not its still aftertiming
    Shemale wrote: »
Of course it is €1 on each selection is quite a way from a €1 accumulator in a three year period. You were calculating huge odds and prattling on about the lotto

I'd strongly suggest you give up gambling tbh

Still a colossal aftertime, and the chances of it happening are still as I posted.

    Still aftertiming

Probably worth noting how many people abused Goat for not giving up gambling after some horse lost yet again nobody (bar me) pulls Clueless Aidan up for the same thing. He just can't stop seeking attention. Probably wasn't hugged enough as a child, or was hugged too much

Clueless Aidan I'm not sure if you're trying to deflect (away from your cluelessness) or you're illiterate (repeat after me it's "lose" not "loose". "LOSE" this is basic primary school stuff) but the point I was making wasn't around the fact your tip won/lost
Would you ever just piss off - your contribution here is less than nothing.

For the zillionth time, why is it ok for the forum to constantly pull up one clueless spoofing charlatan (Goat) but not another (Aidan)? At least everyone recognises Goat is a clown

I had £1,106.29 on Cyrname @ 5/2 which constituted my entire accumulated winnings from Chris Froome's 2016 and 2017 Tour de France victories; I'd been impatiently waiting for the right opportunity.

Got in contact with Hayley o'Connor who worked for them at the time and she sorted payment. Any threat of bad publicity they pay immediately.

Imagine backing the winner of every race indluding 33/1 a few 16/1 shots and 12/1 and making 1500 quid. I'd consider that a losing day.

    What a player.
If he would just put up his day 2 selections we could all be billionaires this evening.

    thefiestaguy
Incredible. Reminds me of a recent race I backed, early this year. Can’t remember the horse or jockey but it was a 2 mile 4 furlong race... towards the start of the race the horse in question was being severely ridden along and probably about 15-20 lengths behind the leader, it went off at about 9/2 and shot up in price to 25/1, so I backed it with a £5 punt in race, (I’d seen a 25/1 win a race followed by a 40/1 win the next race a few weeks prior and thought why the hell not, anything can happen!).

Fast forward about 40 seconds and suddenly the horse I punted, fully expecting it to fade and be pulled up, started getting a second wind and caught up, not only that but in the final half mile it stayed on very well and shot past the leader in the final furlong or so. Netting me a cool £130 from £5.

Not the biggest win, of course, I once had £4,700 from a £10 accumulator, back in summer 2017, but still a nice profit on a single race, especially from what looked like a hopeless position.

Just looking at a few old clips on YouTube and spotted this clinker underneath.
