    Free range roasted chicken with sage and onion stuffing. Roasted carrots, parsnips and butternut squash, roasted rosemary potatoes with gravy.
    New year's dinner a day late.

    Chilli prawns
    Mixture of herbs garlic and onion
    Chillies , cayenne+chilli powder
    Friend in a little oil
    Tomato puree and chopped tomatoes put in to the boil along with more fresh herbs and some Sriracha
    Handfull of skinned prawns
    (Tail removed because I'm not a psychopath)

    Very tasty

    Was trying to eat healthy with my weekly shop. But on the way home from the job I picked myself up a breakfast rolls with brown sauce.
    Haven't had one since September

    Am I gonna die? :)

    Runny fried egg sandwich , had fresh coley earlier (healthy!?) so they balance each other out ! Well , in my eyes anyway :p

    Just tea.

    Had chicken brocolli and pasta for dinner.

    Couple of kilos to lose after the pints and food for all of december. But sure ya need to let loose and eat and drink without analysing it every once in a while.

    Its lighter alright, but nothing is healthier from the Chinese anyway. Chop Suey is good though. Its the fried rice that makes it insanely fattening!:D

    heresy! Wonderful stuff if you can afford it. However it is filled with palm oil so off my menu. When I finish the Milk Tray I was given, no more Cadburys in this house

    toast at 3 am and frequent coffee... Finished the mince pies last night... LIDL DELUXE were by far the best of all.

    Now I need to stop fried breakfasts and get back to my usual food,

    fry up and threw in a butchers burger in to it and had brown soda bread with it,the tank is full :D
