    Had planned to stretch y'day's excellent dinner into a second day but the kittens had other ideas. Mea Culpa for forgetting their athletic abilities. ;)

    Mash and homemade meatballs made with half pork mince half beef mince. Mushed together in a bowl with some garlic salt, egg, bit of passata and breadcrumbs and rolled out into little balls for the oven for an hour then fried. Made the sauce too using tin of tomatoes, carrot, parsnip, red pepper, garlic and onion all blended in the blender. Fried the meatballs in the sauce covered over for about half hour. Some mushy peas on the side too cos I have mushy peas with everything. Genuinely delish.

    One of the nicest cups of tae you'll have is with a big dirty fry-up.
