Early main meal... sweet potato chips and fried tinned pork n ham

Rather toothsome and hit the needed spot/

Usually find sweet potato chips hard to get right but today microd the beast to soften it as they are fearsome to cut., and made the chips perfection.

coffee.. will have pudding later ;)

Bacon, fried egg, white pudding and beans for breakie. Two slices of batch on the side. Bainne to wash it down. Ham sandwiches and King Crisps for lunch. More Mince Pies. Dinner for the ladies was Battered Cod, Beans and Chips. Gotta say I bought the Chips in Iceland and they are bloody great for €1.50 a bag. Big bag too!
