Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    It's not hugely surprising. My g-grandmother died at 82 or 66 depending on whether you believe the marriage or death cert.

    I agree its not surprising. I have an ancestor who aged 18 years in the ten years between Censuses. That was often before and after marriage! The one I quoted just seemed so extreme as to cast doubt on whether I had the right person.

    I am local or just about.

    I live about 5 miles away, and do be around there quite a bit. I was hoping my eyes are gone square and its a simple one :pac:

    There are townlands called Connary Upper and Lower nearby. Would guess this is a misspelling. It looks like Connorree.

    Look at November, there's hardly any loop on the E off the V.
    Everywhere else there is a loop on an E.

    There's a registry office marriage for this couple 6 weeks earlier. I had it figured for her as the Catholic and him as the COI - for lots of reasons.
