New Year, New Thread.

Should start this off with the 2017 wrap up from Skillz

This is from that Black Panther soundtrack, TDE are curating the soundtrack which should essentially be a TDE roster album. I also think that Ab Soul should have something this year.

For some reason im starting to like some trap artists and some of the newer stuff which is weird as i was strictly 90's boom bap or west coast sound up until now..

I'm coming around to it as well, like I enjoyed that 2 Chains album last year, I like that Post Malone song (is that trap) and that Gucchi Gang song is catchy as begorrah.
A load of it sounds the same though to me.

Yeah I've checked out most of Evidence and I was nodding along, I think it's far more rounded than his last album which was good as well.

I like that new Migos album and also some of the Lil Uzi Vert stuff.. Ya and i like Post Malone as well.

Im a house/techno producer with a Hip Hop background and i cant wait to make some trap for some reason.. Maybe a mid life crisis!

Im not sure what to make of XXXTentacion but im listening to all of it with an open ear and an open mind. Also like the sound of Rae Sremmurd.. Anyway great to have so much dope tracks to listen to right now with all my new discoveries.
