    "Rare Vineyards" - sounds a bit makey-uppy?

Looks like SuperValue have an exclusive for them here.
€12.99 seems on the high side for it especially looking at reviews which are average (3.8/5).
Single bottles of either are €9 until 24th March

Its just the name for the range its basically Supervalu / Musgraves own brand.
The Malbec is good value at that price.
Havent had any of the whites.

The malbec is lovely, that's a decent price for it. Carignan if available also worth a try, can you mix and match?

I would say not. Multibuy deals are gone now so unless there is a case of the Carignan (also v nice) it may not be on offer.

    No dates on the posters.
The reduced single bottles is on until 24th March so might be same date for the 6 bottle case.

Not sure if reasoning is they don't want the brewers up in arms if price is too low or if they are afraid of backlash in the media if price too low. Either way it's a proper pain. I'd imagine it's €20 for Carlsberg and either €24 or less for the Guinness. We will need to send a spy behind enemy lines this weekend to find out :D.

Does it have 1L=2.08 in the ad, that would make it €25 a crate which would be same price as currently in Dunnes for Carlsberg and Guinness, additionally in Tesco Carlsberg is €1 a can loose.

They give a wee clue of 2.08/l
    (24x500ml)(2.08/l)= €25

The current deal on crates in Dunnes started on Saturday, I'm not too sure if this started on the same day, earliest crates deal can finish is end of the day tomorrow, should be a good chance that is on until tomorrow at least.

Not sure where you're seeing those prices. Tesco did have slabs of Guinness and Carlsberg a few weeks ago for €26, they were up to €40 full price last weekend. I went to Dunnes and the Carlsberg was 30 and the Guinness 32...

Edit - seeing the previous page now, it was Friday I was in so I missed it.

I saw Guinness for E25 in the only Dunnes I visited in Galway yesterday.

i bought the guinness i saw in limerick today for €25 (along with €50 worth of food, so got €10 off the bill - so Dunnes tells the govt i spent it on food, i tell myself i spent the voucher on the guinness. And everyone is happy.)

    I like your thinking :)

The Dunnes I was in yesterday had Heineken, Carlsberg, Budweiser and Guinness all half litre cans, case of 24 for €25.
