I know that one of the Dublin ATC feeds is ran by someone here, could the finals controller 119.925 be added to the frequencies?

Those aircraft have poor transponders, regularly loses FR24 signal at low altitudes.

Thunderstorms in Madrid ATM, lots of holding.

Could that have been a fuel emergency?

Ah, it's them again! Sander Geophysics Limited. Another round of surveying? Hopefully it has all its bits attached this time.

I believe it is to be based in Waterford for a while.

A biggish, but loud helicopter flew over my house in Clondalkin heading in an eastern direction a few minutes ago. It didn't look like an AW139 or an S-92, but it wasn't familiar to me anyway.

A National Airlines 757 just landed in Shannon from Orlando. Any idea why?

No doubt a technical stop en route to somewhere else.

Deja vu for a minute... BAW81D was asked if he was ready for an immediate departure and replied negative.
Tower thought he heard affirmative and asked again.
    ''Negative, he's a bit close.''
    TWR: ''Tower roger report ready.''
''We are ready sir, he's just a bit close so we'll wait.''
    TWR: ''Okay then...''

Can anyone explain why EI-DUZ made such a strange turn out of Dublin?

Can anyone explain why EI-DUZ made such a strange turn out of Dublin?

Likely due to weather, eg incoming shower of rain.
