Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Paid subscription - not a subscriber

    I paid 1 Month Non-Recurring Subscription on 7th March @ 12.20pm. Received a paypal receipt. This morning when I logged into boards, I see that I'm no longer a subscriber and don't have the option of becoming a member of the "subscriber" group. What's the problem?

    It's broke, Niamh will correct it later today most likely.

    Same thing happened to me. Money left my account on 07/03/16, just noticed that my subscription is no longer active.
