I missed the 30 days for a replacement so it has to go back to England for repair.

Nexus 4 for God knows how long now. That G4 would have been handy right now.

I'm not sure if you're anywhere near Cork but only two weeks ago I handed my S6 Edge plus with two screen blotches that started off as dead pixels and a crack on the front facing camera into AV services on FR Mathew quay who are registered Samsung merchants and they provided a great service, I handed it in on good Friday, the Monday was a bank holiday and I collected the phone on the Wednesday, new screen and front display all covered under warranty.

Just bought the Edge and I love it. What case are you all using? I'm thinking maybe a good wallet case or a screen protector and a very good normal case. Any options?

Following a recommendation for my S6 Edge from here I got this, great cover and as I keep that phone in my left pocket with nothing else in there I don't have a mark on the screen. I gor the S7 Edge recently for work and figured I needed a screen cover and that I'd be using the same pocket for 2 phones so I'd need something to protect both, I went with this, I normally can't stand total cases but that one is great, very handy for holding work related notes and stuff as well, I put my expense receipts and business cards in there for example.

I have been using wallet cases for the past 10 years. I upgrade every 18 months or so. Every phone is as new when I'm selling them. Got a S7 edge 2 weeks ago and it's also in a wallet case. Screen cover going on tomorrow, pain in me hole with the cover from the factory..I highly recommend a wallet case.

Which wallet case and screen protector do you have?

I thought it was strange that they had nowhere for me to send it. Though is that place warranty work?

Ya all covered under warranty, they are Samsung and Sony registered repairers.

When I was on the phone to Samsung they never mentioned it either only the option of sending out a courier to collect it so I popped into the Samsung Store in Mahon Point to be told 10 to 14 working days! They're still a Carphone Warehouse, only Samsung by name, when he saw my reaction he then recommended AV services.

I've never bought a phone from Expedite Electronics. 32gb S7 is 490 pounds (with 12 pounds off) which is 620e, not bad.

550 pounds for the Edge (in white) coming in a shade under 700e.

Anyone take the chance on purchase from Expedite?

It does seem pretty too good to be true:

    http://www.expeditelectronics.com/shopping/mobile/samsung/galaxy-s7-edge/samsung-galaxy-s7-edge-g935f-lte-single-sim-32gb-silver-titanium-sim-free-unlocked.html

And it would be an absolute pain to send back to HK if I had any problems like I did with the phone I got on Amazon

My S7 Edge finally arrives tomorrow :) First thing I'll probably do is flash it with generic BTU firmware

Are you on three by any chance? I read on another thread that it's a three problem, and I had the problem with my last LG Flex and Note 3 when I was on three.
