For sure. There was a long way to go in the round.

Fair play he is not getting too excited about beating a tomato can.

He would demolish Haye for sure.

Haye would be an interesting fight

Eddie Hearn - "Joshua is a guy who can really bring the casual fan back to the sport"... Yes, by charging them €21.

With that quick fight, it gives me a chance for a nap before tuning into the Manny/Bradley card that just started. Abraham/Zurdo should be a top fight and you have some top up and coming lads like Valdez, Jose Ramirez and especially Gvozdyk who's frighteningly good.

Was it always gonna be that much of a mismatch, would like to see a proper knockout tbh?

Haye will be running away all night

Like he did with Wlad and the 7ft Russian.

    Joshua should forget about him.

Fury would be a very difficult fight for Joshua

    Other way round I think

Not much difference in size and Joshua hits way harder

Fury would do well to avoid if beats Wlad again

Where should he go? A big domestic match would make lots of money

Hey leave Sugar Nikolai Valuev alone :p to be fair to Haye that was an impressive win, I mean he must have trained by punching chandeliers!

If he can avoid getting hit, which means running.

I don't think he can avoid AJ's right hand tbh and if he hits Haye with one of those he is gone.

    Wilder next, then Fury

Wilder is the only one I would really worry about AJ against tbh, I'm not sure he beats him.

I think he murders Fury, he just won't be able to take the power, and I think Haye will do the usual job of convincing some people he has a chance, hell convincing some people he is gonna wipe the floor with AJ, then when it comes to it he will try pot shot while running for the night, or as long as he can avoid getting knocked out by a big right anyway.

I don't see how Haye takes that power. Hayes head movement and reflexes are not what they were either which makes it even more in Joshua's favor imo.

Wlad KOs Fury, Haye KOs Joshua, Fury UDs Haye and Shannon Briggs tombstone piledrivers Wlad onto the HBO announce table.

In all seriousness the Heavyweight division is wide open right now, which is bloody brilliant seeing as it was a one man show for so long. You have Wilder/Povetkin next month too which *should* be a right good fight. Luis Ortiz looks nothing short of sensational lately. And my favourite prospect Joseph Parker is making his way up the food chain too. Exciting times for the big lads.

Does anyone genuinley think AJ is on roids or is it a trend among the best heavyweights?

Thing about Joshua if he connects it's game over.

Haye looked horrendous, bulk ed d up to the max and horrifically slow.

    Right up Joshua's street.

Wow people are so easy to fool, Joshua beats a complete joke in Martin and suddenly he destroys everyone in the division, hand on heart i believe Fury beats him on points and Haye KO's him, Povetkin would be a seriously hard fight for him as well and Wlad if he wins the rematch vs Fury, Martin was a joke not even top 20 in the division Joshua still has lots to prove.

Yeah personally I think Haye would cling him, simply due to the fact he's a very smart and accomplished boxer as well as being fast and powerful...but there's a lot of doubt in my mind over Haye due to hiatus and what not. It's the Heavyweight division, nothing is certain due to the sheer size and force of these lads. Hopefully time will tell though, there is such potential for cracking fights in the HW division, for once lets hope modern day Boxing politics doesn't f*ck it up.

Charles Martin has been boxing professionally for 7 years with a record of 22 wins and 1 draw.
He was also the IBF title holder.
To describe him as not top 20 in the division is just being ridiculous.

Tbh, we won't know how good Anthony Joshua is until he faces someone that can handle his power.
For all we know, Fury could be knocked out just as easily.

Yeah cause my opinion on the HW division was only formed tonight

If you are going to come to the ring with a ****ing crown on your head you better be able to back it up.

Haye was fast, he is still quick enough but sluggish in comparison to how he was, and his head movement is not there anymore either.

I think he would be a test, but once Joshua connects its over, matter of staying patient for Joshua.

Wilder I worry about, Fury I think he knocks out too, he won't be able to avoid him all night either and he doesn't hit hard enough to back him up.

I hate that Haye is going to get talked in to a big fight again, undeserving is not the word.

Hes really not that muscular, there are rugby players way way bigger than he is and just as shredded. Hes only 106 kg and thats at 6'4 according to wiki. Which in rugby and definitely american football is extremely small for that height.

People call him a bodybuilder, he would look like a stick compared to a bodybuilder.

Haye is all talk imo that trash bag was being thrown around the ring by fury and he was all talk beforehand which does my head in especially in boxing/ufc dont care if its just promoting to make more money which means he doesn't deserve to fight aj but he should so he knows hes better than him.

I'm a fan of Wilder, I think there's so much more to him than the chicken legged crazy windmill swinging cannon that has gotten him by for 99% of his fights...but I fear for his punch resistance/chin. The Povetkin fight will tell a lot.

Utter nonsense. I met him at a WSB event and the man is a f*cking unit.
