It is too much of a risk now.

    Really some perspective.

These attacks are awful and tragic, 23 dead so far which is terrible, but at the same time 10 million Belgiums and 600m Europeans are all fine.

Looked at this way it's a small attack no need to over react and persecute all muslims.

Last I checked most Irish emigrated to work, and not to form Irish ghettos abroad.

They didn't form ghettos? Have you ever been to the US?

Gathering evidence is all the more important in a case like this, due to the reactions like the ones on this thread.

You are wrong, plain and simple.

Pat Kenny on NT comparing this to IRA in the past - what a tosser

Well there where some 80 bomb attacks done by them the last 45 years, killing people ....

A person torn apart by an IRA bomb or a Muslim suicide terrorist .... Could you tell who did it by looking at the body ?

Every country outside Europe? People of certain religions? Certain skin colour?

Any faith that demand the slaughter of 'kafirs' would be fine by me.

Europe has been culturally enriched enough.... despite what the islamismists cuckold army might say.

Who decided this? More pc bs.

Well the end of the cold war and fall of Soviet communism sorted that.

Developing world would be more apt.

Places with no Muslim population are safe. And they are not madmen, they live like that.

Can you name a place that has no Muslim population?

Do people even know what this is about? What can be done now to stop this? Its like its too late, everything has gone so wrong and Europe will never again be the same. Why? There's so many reasons and theories, but ISIS pure aim now is to destroy all non Sunni muslims and conquer the world with their form of Islam. Where do you even begin to negotiate with something like this, with supporters and active members living like normal citizens in every corner of Europe and the world, waiting to strike.

I just think that until proper security measures are brought in and everybody knows who is entering Europe then close the doors. It's harsh on the genuine people caught up in the troubles but it is just too risky for me, you and our family and friends.

    80?

I think it was a lot more than that.

    Shopping centres, pubs, train stations.

No different to what we seen today.

In fairness what's the difference only their beliefs.

    Why would I do that?

All I'm asking you to do is provide evidence of your claim and while you're at it explain what you believe my "beliefs" are seeing as you know me so well.

An interview by AFP of a person living in Molenbeek and you need me to provide you evidence.

    Yeah.....

You know where you can go, right?

I just have to look out my window, I live in the European jihadi belt, don't tell me there's no gettos
I don't dispute that there are ghettos; I disputed the fact they moved/fled here to intentionally set up a ghetto.

Well anyone that suggested terrorists would use the mass movement of people to hide among were call wacists and any trojan horse comparison was sent to conspiracy theories.

Perhaps we could ask the right on left what their solution is?

They worked they integrated and got on with things. It makes my blood boil the way some idiots equate Irish emigrants of yesteryear with the section of migrants that we see today who are benefit sponging to try and justify it all.

Nothing permanent. Boston south is all that's left.

However it looks like the Muslim ghettoes of Europe are permanent.

No I'm not. Mob mentality is not, and never has been the answer. Jumping head first without thought has never been the answer. If you can't come up with a better argument than "well you're wrong and that's that" then we know that it is in fact you who is wrong.

There is a reason the general public is not allowed to make the decisions in a court case. If we go around killing people based on half truths and unknowns, we are no better than they. If we cannot use our brains every so often, what's the point in a civilised society.

It's no more risky than Ireland was in the 80s.

I didn't say kill anyone. I said who is responsible for this morning. I know who it was and so does every rational thinking person on the planet.

The brother is over there at the moment. Arrived yesterday. Anyone got any idea on how he'll get home? Or is the airport still gonna be functioning properly once they've cordoned off the affected areas?

Anyone know where I'd get an update on that kinda thing? First time anyone I know has been in an area of such an attack.

When is he due to fly home? He should contact the airline if it is soon.

There are a couple of airports in Brussels. The affected one will probably be shut down for a couple of days, the rest will likely start operating again this evening or tomorrow, as soon as they're happy there are no further threats.

Well, if you're familiar with Brussels, it just felt "off" over the last few months.

I think most people were expecting something could potentially happen.

Security in Brussels is way less visible than in Paris or London too which always made me feel a bit concerned tbh.
Don't agree with that, the place has been crawling with security ever since the synagogue attacks. Was there last September with the missus visiting her sister who lives there and the place had a very heavy security presence then too.

    Charleroi may be still open.
