Who's gonna waste time rolling up a f*ckin garden hose, when they could be out driving that s4 instead?

Has anyone any thoughts on badge removal?
Have you done or would you do it?

I like BMWs without the badges, but at the same time I like the badge being on mine, even if it only says 320d

Just looked at a few videos there and it looks easy to do! So what to do? Do I leave them? Or remove them?

They are easy to take off, but I myself dont like debadged cars though. I think they look weird and too plain.

    Take off the d :P

Whats worse is people to take the VW badge off the front of a mk4 golf, the little bit cut out of the bonnet looks ridiculous!!

If you take off the d, make sure to give it to your misses for Christmas :pac:

Been tipping around in my wee 106 this past few months. Came very close to selling up a few weeks ago but the deal on the car I was due to buy was killed by the seller. Anyway, to try and get back into the wee 106's good boots, I deceided to treat her to a set of shiny new shoes for Xmas. Found a rough set of steels (god its hard to find 3 stud wheels!!) and spent a few nights down the shed. Happy enough how they came out for a rattle can job.

She's looking rather grubby in the last pic. Ive taken serious advantage of the really quiet roads these nights when all sane people have been tucked up from the latest storm warnings and been do an amount of back road driving. Still amazes me the smile this little car leaves me with. All this driving has seen the 20 year old car creep over 57k miles :-O It also jot called into duty to do a few delivary runs in work. Not many of ye have had 7 times the value of the car sitting in your boot I guess!!

    Definitely fan of it debadged.
    Now a 1.9tdi badge I'd be a fan of!

I'd be all in favour of Skoda 1.9tdi badges on the back.

So here's what I was driving in the past week. 2014 Toyota Yaris with a 1.0 litre, 3 cylinder petrol engine. Pretty basic car; unsatisfying trunk closing sound, cheap plastic interior and lack of dials. As you can see in the picture below, it has no tachometer or temp gauge.

The seats were comfortable though and it had a somewhat nice flat-ish bottom steering wheel. It was pleasant to drive despite it's small engine. It has a 5 speed manual gearbox and 51 kW of power.

Interestingly only one wiper blade. It had AC, heated seats, electric windows and mirrors and decent speakers, so not exactly the worst spec.

Side note: It had the insurance papers in the glove box. It costs €65 per year to insure it. :P

Rare enough to see a proper performance car debadged. I'd say 95% of debadged cars I see are BMWs with an M Sport pack, never a proper M car though. Not sure what the logic is. Not a fan of it myself

It's a cracking looking E39 you own FN. Not surprising with the amount of detailing work you put into it!
