I would imagine the girl is long since dead but it's in pretty poor taste to take a poll as to how she met her end.

I found the Late Late Show appearance by the McCanns.

Gerry's "read the book" comment is at 28'45"

What is the difference between that and having a discussion about it?

At 4 hours its not something you'll watch in one sitting but definitely something to take an hour in a day till completion.

I was willing to give this a go until I saw yer man's youtube avatar is GOOGLE HOLLIE GREIG. Ergo, conspiracy theorist.

The last thing I watched about the case was the over-hyped Crimewatch segment. I wondered why her mother stated that Madeleine was feeling sick before their evening exploits yet nobody afterwards picked up on this. Has anyone an answer to this?

I watched those videos a good few years ago and was convinced after she had an accident and her parents covered it up. People always say how could a parent do that, but I think, when they knew they could not bring her back, they went into damage limitation mode. If tried for negligence they could have been imprisoned.further, the parents were respected members of society and both doctors. Even if they managed to get off a negligence charge, the public would have seriously turned on them.

Also, there were so many oddities that made witnesses not credible. Especially that jane tanner. She never seemed convincing.

I also found it odd that in the face of public scrutiny the parents would not undergo lie detector tests when doing so could have silenced non believers and meant more money to their fund to find their daughter.

The videos are very interesting. You can easily get hooked into watching all of them!!

The mother's book was very odd as well. I didn't read it, but I read that it was quite controversial in certain parts.

It is Madeline and the siblings I feel the most sorry for and always have. The McCann's neglected those children. Left alone they could have choked, fallen, anything. And being doctors the McCann's more than most knew the risks of leaving toddlers alone to go boozing.

I think the children were sedated and I think Madeleine woke and had an accident. I don't believe there ever was an abductor.

I think the parents were involved here.
I read a lot of stuff for a long time about this and I think the parents were involved in what happened.
Wether she hurt herself after waking up while looking for her parents or they sedated her and she died in her sleep is my thinking.
How they acted after the incident never sat well with me.

Yep, if anyone reads the witness statements. And the conflicting statements
Made by them, you have to ask.. Wtf?.
Some people need to really read them instead of posting bs. Just read the reports /statements and how some were changed......

This poll is probably the worst thing I've read on here. Standards non existent.

You're reply shows you have no understanding why I would have an issue with this.

The options on the poll aren't the problem is its the fact there's a poll over how a child died. It's the worst kind of Daily Mail Bollocks I've ever read on here. Sick stuff.

It would be better if you had something to add to the thread in the first place! Anyway all the best.

Does anyone know how I edit a poll after posting it? I'll add an "I dont know" option.

The only appropriate option, and the only one that could honestly be selected.

I have said from day one, the parents know more than they let on...

The mega hype and press conferences remind me of

Mick Philpott, that burned his own kids to death.

    https://youtu.be/jxq6Zvr8mPY

And Tracie Andrews.. Who claimed some random driver did it when it was her..

    https://youtu.be/MSg5w5p0JKo

And look at the parents on Madeline McCann..

    Similar??

The mother knows something.. Very evasive in interviews..

It's horrible, one of the mysteries of our time that I don't think will ever be solved. I got up to watch the Conor Mc' fight and started reading this thread, terribly creepy.

There must be hundreds or thousands of kids abducted since in Western Europe that never get such headlines, that alone is frightening not to mention the weirdness/horror of this case.

I have to agree with this. I don't mind talking about it.it is fascinating but doing that kind of poll on it is pretty sick.
Where are the mods on this one.
