    I had a massive scrambled egg sandwich with a green tea closely followed by a hot chocolate. I hate green tea, dunno why I bother.

    That's my man Vic.
    Couldn't be nice and tasty if there's no cholesterol in it.

    I had my first ever Centra breakfast roll today :)
    Not something I'd have often, but I'll definitely be having one every now and then.

    Had three eggs "over easy" with crispy bacon and fried potato. Toast, and coffee refills every time I took a sip.

    Yes, lucky me I was in New York for a few days, stayed in Murray Hill and used Blooms diner and Scotty's diner on Lexington and 40th.

    OMG. I am as fat as a fool now. New York breakfasts are the business, especially in a local diner.

    Fuel for the walking and sightseeing I call it!

    Today I had Donal Skehan's grated apple & cinnamon porridge with honey. Fooking lovely, already planning to have it again tomorrow. Also, isn't Donal a wee dote? I feel like giving some a hug and some confirmation money.

    Bowl of Alpen, two slices of toasted wheaten bread (with fancy fruity jam) and a plum. Plus a mug of coffee.

    I ran out of bread, so this morning it was a bowl of Alpen, a boiled egg, a kiwi fruit and a mug of coffee.

    I had (takes deep breath);

    Coffee, banana, went out, fed cats, dogs and hens, dug a barrow of spuds, brought in timber and turf, back in, porridge with raisins, honey and cinnamon, another banana, brown toast with real butter, a yogurt, a pear and I robbed a sausage from the other half's plate. :)

    Oh very easy. I cooked the bacon, just for a very short while, about 2-3 mins. I greased some cupcake tins (regular size) and shaped the bacon around the tin, it will overlap and that is fine. Crack and egg in the middle and add whatever you want on top. I just used freshly ground pepper.

    I baked it around 190C for 15 mins, depends how runny you like your eggs. They hold together very well.
