Just got a text saying dhl attempted delivery, which is strange as I'm literally sitting by the door :-) gave them a ring and he's on his way back to me ( I'm on an awkward street to find, deliveries occasionally go to similarly named street around the corner)

And it's here, now for that great feeling of peeling off the screen cover thingy :-)

Does it come with a tempered screen protector? Think the Oneplus 2 did

There's some sort of screen protector on it. Dunno how good it is but I'm going to keep it on for a while

As said it's just a normal protector. One thing to watch is that it's pre fitted, underneath the never settle protector. Bre careful when you are peeling off the never settle, make sure you don't lift up the screen protector as well, otherwise you'll have to get the air bubbles out etc.

Arrived at 10.50 today in work. Do I win?? :P Can't wait to get home! To be fair that was some express delivery from China. I take back my complaints about the express delivery. Very impressive.

Hey guys, need a small help. Any of you who has got this phone, can you please install this app and open to see it work?

    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.airwatch.email

You dont need to do anything, just install and open. Then you can install.

The app is used for my office emails but heard that it doesnt work in some Android OS variants.

Looks like it's worth the money :S I still have a Samsung S5 and don't think buying OPX will be an improvement on my phone. I should've waited >_<

Any recommend a good case and tempered screen protector? Someone linked to some earlier but delivery estimates were over a month.

Also anyone know of anywhere selling good 128gb micro sd at a decent price?

Airwatch worked fine for me on my OPO a few months back

Just bought some stuff off this website, they were running a promotion on SanDisk cards and flash drives. Is €69.93 decent enough for 128Gb card and free shipping?

OPO was cyanogenmod but OPT and OPX are Oxygen OS.

Can anyone who has one comment on the quantity of whites on the screen? This may well be a feature of amoled in general but I'm noticing white backgrounds are quite grey in comparison with my current China phone. For example the app drawer if you are using Google now launcher or indeed the boards.ie website has a lot of white in it. It almost feels like the phone is running f.lux or something, significant lack of blue?

Mine seems good to me, it's a little bit warmer than on my Z3 Compact but slightly cooler than on Nexus 7 ('13)

Just bought one of these. Figured it was time to leave the old 1st Gen Moto G behind.

    Hi,

    As per the heading my daily driver for the last 20 months has been my Note3. My previous was the Note2 and the S2 before that. I loved Samsungs hardware and used my phone in the following ways;
work: My job is IT/Construction related and my phone was very important for searching for fixes, taking photos/videos/notes and measurements.
Everything else: Reddit, social media, browsing, podcasts, tv/youtube. an odd game of solitaire. runkeeper, radio

I can safely say for what I use it for I could keep using the Note3 for the foreseeable future as it handles everything above very smoothly. The problem I had is the updates. The OTA for samsung are buggy as **** and the new features do not outweigh the annoyances I have experienced since the 2 major updates I have received.

I was hoping to get a Note5 and then the specs were released - No expandable storage/battery. I thought I might still check it out. Then samsung decided to not release the Note5 in Europe and their thoughts were that the S6+ was all the phone users would need. I washed my hands with samsung after that.

I then moved on to considering a nexus 5x. The 6p looked weird and overpriced. It was a MKBHD video that made me raise an eyebrow in OPX's direction. The specs are just a little over the Note3 and it also had a major selling point for me. The FM radio. This was a staple in phones for a while and was in my note 2. It was dropped in the note3 and was one of the major letdowns in the upgrade. I listen to talk radio a lot and an fm radio can go for hours without using a lot of battery. Very handy when working/walking/exercising. I was happy with the price so said I would take the plunge and look for an invite.

Invite came, phone was ordered at 8:50am GMT on Thursday the 5th and I met the DHL courier outside work this morning at 10am. He was in an unbranded fiat van with I would say at least a dozen similar packages on his front seat. I wonder how many other OPX owners were made happy this morning in the dublin area.

To the desk phone out turned on, sturdy, good screen, easy setup on works wifi. Had the wifi issue but skipped then setup in settings after. Was up and running in minutes and enjoyed that new phone snappiness. I didnt update the latest OTA and will prob leave it for the SDcard fix. I have a 32gb sd in it atm and I can see contents in files but not in settings.

    Pro's for me:
Price(I am going to sell my upgrade next month, it'll prob be an iphone so will make a profit overall)
    screen (bright, crisp)
size (note series were good but I tolerated the size for the battery life)
gestures(double tap, flashlight, already using them easily)
    FM Radio(god I missed this)
Camera (as good as my note 3 in everything bar video)
    notification slider (v handy)
    Free case(why not)

    Cons for me:
I'll miss my stylus for notes and work
I would like the hardware buttons to light up.

    things I'm looking out for:
    battery life
    OP's ota releases.

I'm looking forward to using this as my daily.

    tl:dr : I like!

You won't pay customs on One Plus phones purchased directly from theIreland store.3rd party sellers you might be liable.
