Support my arse, that's only a bit of a decoy in order to appear the soft touch. "Ahh look he's being nice to the homeless, let him off with his litte toe rag racers"

There was a joke in what Duke said and it's sic ;)

Best of luck with the sale. It's certainly a very unique car with the amount of performance extras it has fired. Out of curiosity how long did you have it the first and second time ?

I went out with my dad today to a few car garages he wanted to see the new Tucson. Now both my parents really like Hyundai and had a 2007 santa fe and 2010 ix-35. I wouldn't bet a fan of them at all but I have to say the new Tucson is really nice. The top spec one has really comfortable leather seats and they are very big with loads of room front and back. Nice interior and radio display. Not badly priced at all. The only let down in the engine 1.7 115bhp now its a bit big for that engine don't get me wrong its quite torquey and pulls well at look speeds but hit 80 kmh plus you'd know it was 115bhp I wouldn't say struggles but it could do with another few horses other than that its nice to drive and has a nice high up position. Feels well put together and should sell well. That Hyundai garage had about 20 new ones in stock so that says a lot about how confident they are that they will sell.

Then we looked at the new astra I really liked that but you'd want SRI or elite spec for a decent amount of toys. We test drove the sc model 110bhp 1.6. And it lacked certain important things such as an arm rest fog lights and a full trip computer it had nice alloys thought and looked well from the outside. I liked the shape of the built in Drls too they look well from there front. As for driving its a lovely car to drive that new 1.6 diesel engine is very very nice and is well able to move the car in a hurry. However if you want decent power there a 136 bhp which is suppose to be nice to. I have to say I really liked it. Price wise they aren't cheap not all out golf money but not far of it. Elite with a 136bhp engine and all the toys your looking at as close as makes no difference 30k euro which is not cheap.

Arranged with my mam for her to drop the focus off at the garage early last week. It was cold in the morning so all the windows were misted up. So as always she rubs her makeup covered paws all over the windscreen, side windows and rear view mirror. Spent the last 30 mins in failing light cleaning all the glass. I go absolutely ape if my glass isn't 100% clear. Can't stand finger prints! If the class is clean, then 30 seconds of the heater has everything cleared, no streaks left or anything.

Dealz sell a little device, a pad on the end of a stick wrapped in a mircofibre material that is great for cleaning the windscreen. Someone mentioned it on here and I picked one up a few weeks ago. Worth the investment (€1.50 i think):)

I've been looking on their site for this yoke since they were sold out in Lidl recently and I can't find the bloody thing anywhere!

It was the Lidl one that I missed too when someone mentioned Dealz on here do them too. I just went into the shop itself. They have a small car section with antifreeze and the like. It was there for me.

I don't want to exaggerate or anything, but it is revolutionary and has improved my life. I think I am at least 20% a better person now I have it too. :pac:

It is a handy wee yoke

Meh, I'll stick to last Sundays paper approach, unless I happen to stumble upon one.

I clean the inside of my windscreen with some IPA and then some AG glass polish. Coming into the winter now the windows tend to fog but the glass polish helps a lot.

    I just use my A/C.

Older people are too impatient for that. I told my mam she'd lose a paw the next time she does it in mine. Plus she forgets which button to press.

I have a hatred of greasy paw marks on my windscreen.

25 Litres of loud juice to go 210km.... sure, that's almost a diesel that.

Also. Who the **** drives at a maximum of 60kph on the N11?
And continues driving at 60kph despite having a train of 10, 11, 12, 13 cars building behind them....

They turned off at Gorey to avoid the nightmare of the motorway.

I mean, if you have to travel at half the speed limit to get anywhere and aren't a ****ing tractor then maybe, just maybe, you should consider giving up on the whole driving thing for the sanity of everyone else. Or at least consider pulling in to let people pass.

25.25 litres got me 490km this week. Kildare to Wexford and back and spinning out of work the other two days. Cruising......

    50mpg or thereabouts :)

Micks Garage is doing another giveaway. This time it's vouchers for race experience, also at the Mondello track. You may want to give it a try. Not trying to advertise it or anything but you may or may not remember, I did get a free track day from them so surely you car guys would have a chance to have some free fun on a race track. :)

Guys, as you may know, I got new front tyres and tracking done yesterday. Tonight I noticed that the drivers wheel only is catching the inner arch when on full lock. I can see where it has freshly caught. It's not plastic that may have moved out of place, but metal. What may be the problem? Improper tracking?

Just watching that reality bites thing on the modified cars, didn't get a chance to see it during the week. What an absolute brain dead inconsiderate handicap that Shane fella off the Dublin meets is. On a public road acting the complete retard? I don't know.....

Any chance you have a link to this? Didn't see it.
