I was getting an insane amount of matches on Tinder. Most of the people I swiped right on would be a match. Then again I'm bi so was searching for both men and women. With someone now so I don't use it anymore.

Tinder is a joke lads - at least at the start it is, as a test I set up a profile with an actual picture of me, got about 50 matches within 2 days and that was swiping right on about 50% of the people.

Then I deleted it and setup an account with just a picture of a chimpanzee, got 50 matches within two days also.

It is definitively setup to get people (probably men) hooked (at least where I am located), these matches I got were mostly very very pretty looking ladies and a lot of them had that eastern european/russian look I think.

Well what did they say when you messaged them? I used to match with bots when i first got tinder and they'd message me asking for cam sex within a minute of matching. I can't remember the last time I matched with a bot now though , but maybe Im not in the right age range for them because I'm only 19

I swipe on who I find attractive, and get irrationally odd if it doesn't ping up that I've got a match straight away. Then I reach the logical conclusion that they just haven't seen me yet.

I think the only thing you can reasonably infer from that situation is, the women you messaged were not looking for you. That doesn't tell you anything about what they were looking for. Not being interested in you is not a sign of anything.

Maybe, but I'm sure there's some truth to my post. I have heard others mention it too from their experiences of online dating.

I'd just like to add that 90 % of the women don't actually look like their enhanced pictures. Maybe that's where the ego is coming from, they actually start believing the photoshop and think they should be chased and put up on a high horse etc.
