Lots of bottled beers in the world beer section reduced by 50% or more
Lots of discontinued food stock reduced by a further 50% ie dr oetkar vanilla mill was €5 then €2.50 now €1.25

Brita Aluna sounds like a great buy at that price, basically you are getting it for the cost of the filter which should be included.

I've seen the Dr Oetker stuff reduced. Also some Nielsen-Massey flavourings including orange and rose 60ml for 2.50 each, but not the Dr Oetker vanilla which is my favourite brand of vanilla.

The Nielsen-Massey has been reduced again to €1.25, the goodalls strawberry flavour is down to 62c

didn't see much in the line of beers tho' - there was the Fullers Honey Golden Ale but didn't see the weiss beer or the samuel adams. there was 6 bottles of carlsberg reduced to 5.50 or so..

Guessing this is nationwide but these batteries were reported as being on clearance some months ago, so good luck finding this in your local Tesco. I looked for them a few days ago, but could only find the 4+4 pack and a much larger pack, might have been 12 or 16-pack. If you find them, remember to check expiration dates.

Got a lot of clearance bakery stuff this morning, Dr Oetker cake decorations, roll out icing, vanilla, but most had short dates so restrained myself from buying too much.

Celbridge ... seems to be store specific , it's full price in Maynooth (€3.25).

Then .....

Maynooth has 6 packs of Warstiener for €5.50 ....but they're €10.99 in Celbridge !!

If that's the Tesco basic peeler, it normally sells for €1 which is a great price and it is a brilliant peeler. Really sharp and well worth €1 but at 20c it's a steal, I'd grab a few

Thanks, I got the last left handed pen in Cabra tonight, it had three refils though...packaging looked older than the right handed ones.

The had one cross shredder in the electrical section for €10 which is an exceptional price for a cross shredder, can't remember what the full price was.

The 8 + 8 free Energiser Hitech are 9.00 in Maynooth.
Not as good a deal as some as the other battery offers in a few of the preceding posts- but damn good value nonetheless. None on display- however, a whole promo cardboard thingy of them turned inwards facing the staff door down at the back beside the computer displays/demo area (i.e. just inside the till there- but the staff are happy to hand them out)

Saw those kindles in a tesco recently and it's actually the display models are the offer. Manager there told me had all the accessories and box etc but the device was In demo mode and difficult to remove it.

Just picked up a white one and black one from Tesco Gorey there a fee minutes ago, combined with the 10 euro voucher I got in the independent in Insomnia this morning so 33 quid each.
