They're working in the Über building at the moment.

Starbucks are still looking for staff which might mean this batch is for the Thomas Street one.

Holland and Barrett have opened in the Parkway beside the 2euro store. Insomnia are opening there next week in the old Cafe Cupcake unit.

The management company, letting agents and owners are doing a good job in filling the place with tenants.

Maybe the council and the crescent will start objecting to the parkway soon. Ha

Called into insomnia and holland and barret today, both look very impressive and great additions to the Parkway.

New car dealership opened in the old Honda showroom on the Dock Road. Don't think they are selling any new brand, just used cars.

It's the way they operate, mass saturation and aggressive expansion.
This time last year there was one in Cork, now there's 4 with at least 2 more in the next few months.

Bicycles are the new coffee, what's next??

Is something happening with the Bank (the old pub/restaurant), I saw a young lady going in there yesterday?

Thats probably what I was thinking of

Two in fact, though not at the same time. One was on the Dock Road where the Dennehy's motors Renault is now. That closed. Then one popped up in Ballysimon where B&Q and Halfords are. Neither lasted very long.

And with World Of Wonder being gone from next to Travelodge, it'll be good to have competition for Smiths who have had a fair monopoly in Limerick for a long time I think it has to be said.
