    I disgree about the refund. If they are kicked out of a league then they should be refunded. Free leagues are different though and no one should have multiple entries in the same league

    Then they can just try and freeroll everyone its their own fault for breaking the rules its not like if you enter a competition and get kicked out for cheating you should expect a refund on the entry.
