    The directors ARE the owners.

These people could step up and rebalance things in their favour (maybe) - but they have kids so they don't have the time.

Sure they cant even be bothered to make the time to attend 1 meeting a year for an hour apparently, zero sympathy and the management company is spot on.

Perhaps he doesn't want the kids botherhing him when he is watching tv during the day.

The thought crossed my mind alright, all a bit odd - doesn't quite stack up.

The banks have not sold off the repossessed properties fast enough, they were waiting for the price to rise right up to boom levels which would never happen, the arse has now fallen out of the market and it's all going to end in tears.

Same as that, free coffee and biscuits aswell.

Your talking nonsense, listen to the callers there are loads in the same estate not paying.

These people are causing the fees to rise for everybody and for some reason they dont want to understand they are in fact at fault.

I think this is PBH's failing - he's too busy carefully phrasing the next leading question in his own head to actually listen to what the callers are sometimes saying and to probe out things a bit based on their responses.

    +1

I'd also like to know how the callers know so much about the other residents and their payment status(es) with the management company?

    First bit was classing Whineline.

I don't know - it's bitterly divided over whether the biscuits should be Oaties or Ginger Nuts and the coffee Maxwell House or Columbian Fine Roasted.

You should ring liveline and complain about your management company, free biscuits are paid for out of the biscuit fund.
