It will all end in tears when some lad gets caught doing trips to his lady on the side by his mrs tracking his movements.

Speaking from personal experience are we? :D:rolleyes::eek:;)

Probably, it's Ireland, data protection compliance is lax. It will all end in tears when some lad gets caught doing trips to his lady on the side by his mrs tracking his movements.

Gonna ring up and see have they seen Joe's Roller going through in the last 3 weeks

But PBH wants to know how did the wife feeeeeeeeeel when she disturbed the burglars?

Jaysus, that's a triple bingo score for Joe there. A disease to be nosy about and a lost and found appeal that he can round up Dubalin's Finest (that's Taxi Driver's to you and me) to search for.

I don't follow he sounds to me like he has a residents committee, people don't have to pay him if they don't want. It's also your property taxes supposed to cover this upkeep.

The miserable sods won't pay 50 quid a year?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,562 ✭✭✭Tiger Mcilroy

Yeah its completely different to an apartment complex where INsurdance, Bins, lifts etc have to be paid for.

Jaysus are we adding residents committees to the management agent/company muddle?

All I heard was volunteer this, volunteer that - you can be sure that wasn't a managment agent he was talking about :D

15 more minutes of PBH. Isn't it a sad state of affairs that we are all looking forward to the return of misery next Tuesday?

Ffs, your cutting the grass with your residents assoc. Fee.

The management company use the money to pay for insurance on the block, put money aside for when things need replacing (lights, carpets, etc) towards painting the common areas and external buildings, refuse car parking access and gate maintenance. Lift maintenance You've block insurance, you've public liability and then you need a sinking fund for when bigger stuff like the roof needs to be repaired because the cowboy who built it was as gombeen .

Someone needs to slap Joe duffys researchers on the head.
