Not such a good idea. Nana Mouskouri would be the headline act, so nobody would watch.

Why don't they setup a system where he texts or calls a Garda to say he is inbound with artifacts, similar to what was used during arms decommissioning.

Was that anniversary not about a month ago? I seem to remember that "God I'm getting old" feeling a while back..... although in fairness it's getting more frequent these days

Ardagh Chalice, Book of Kells, Oliver Plunkett's head -imagine ringing the garda and telling them your bringing them in. They'd never see the light of day again.

And a copy of Joe's buke.

In a thousand years time, some metal-detector will find a cache of Joe's bukes in an iron-bound chest. Nobody will make a fuss about it.

Looks like more red tape with a hobby than if you were stripping metal off the roof of the local church for your "collection".

Buried in the grounds of the Duffy Estate. It will finally explain the age-old question of how Joe's buke became a best seller.

Her house does not exist. It'll save her a fortune on property tax. She can get a refund. Of course, they won't be able to send it out to her, so she'll have to collect it.
