"William Hill - the home of betting!" - just looked it up on Google! Book Binding - Book Making??? LOL! I'm not well up on betting - my only experience of betting, was when I went to the "Dogs" in Harold's Cross recently, with a group of friends. Could get to like it! :p

Getting back to Marc - and risking an unpopular opinion!!!! Marc was great entertainment, while he lasted - but let's face it, he was an awful bully. In the long run, it's not nice watching people, whether you like them or not, being humiliated and hit below the belt. Calling behaviour like that "banter" can be a cowardly cop out. Calling it "Irish banter", as Marc did in his interview, is cringe-worthy.

Last night, there were three episodes where Marc was concerned, that were he not already evicted, could have earned him extra eviction votes.
In the bedroom in front of Ashleyne and anybody who would listen, he went for Danny - shouting at him that he was more or less a loser in the outside world - that he had no job, no car and that he lived with his mother. If that wasn't below the belt - saying that on National TV! Marc is nasty!
As a guest in Hotel BB, when he made a run at Joel, against Joel's protestations and knocked over the sofa, on which Joel was reclining. Somebody could have been injured!
In the Diary Room, Marc was expressing his utter delight at how he had been able to manipulate the housemates into losing the task and staging a "rebellion" at the pool - damaging stuff, while he stood by, taking it all in. He even then did BB's work for them, dragging water-soaked Harri in and shutting over the door to the pool area.
Funny, while it lasted - but enough is enough!

I am ready now to see the true housemates interacting with each other. Enough of Marc and so-called Legends taking over! That's a whole different show!

All that was funny sh*t where as now they have to throw money around to try and make the remaining HMs even remotely entertaining and even then not one of them will give you a funny moment.

    I don't know if I'd call him a bully.
He went in to wind people up, but I don't think he wanted to hurt anyone.
He did go too far sometimes. The misogynist stuff he was saying to Sam made me cringe.
However, the rows with Brian and Danny - he did nothing wrong at all.

A little context would be nice here.
Danny has been rowing with Mark at every opportunity since he heard boos for Helen. He had just thrown a glass of water on Mark. He's a transparent game player desperate for fame.

Have they had these swaps for cash/alternate prize in other seasons? someone mentioned it on last nights show, couldve been joel, specifically that there might be incentives to leave. if the only instance of it happening was to jack in this season then that is a fairly out there prediction, considering we know its gonna happen next week.

They probably will put Marc in to CBB but I don't think it will work out as well.
I think the surprise factor will be gone as everybody will know him so well now and I think he would be very subservient around so called "Celebs".

    Yeah, they've done it before.
Can't recall anyone taking it, but it might have happened.

Ah okay fair nuff so. ill put my tinfoil hat away for now.

well not taking into account what nick said last night, i reckon some of them would be silly not to take whats offered. (depending on what it is obviously) like jack and the car, car is worth 1 fifth of total prize money, i havin checked but im sure jacks odds of winning are much longer than 5/1. maybe this is a bad way of lookin at it, though if i was in there and seen this coming id have to try weigh it in someway.

havin said that , with the surprise of mark leaving, its obvious the odds may be flung out the window.

Having seen the Legends, I've had enough of them. There is not one of them I'd have liked to have seen stay on a moment longer.

Re: Marc / Danny - I did say, "like him or not" i.e. Danny! Marc responding to Danny, whatever Danny did, brings Marc down to a lower level than Danny. Hitting below the belt is not funny - and against the rules in many sports.

I really enjoyed the Hotel BB task - that gave the real HM's an opportunity to express their personalities. A lot of it was very funny.

If you enjoy watching bullying, what does that make you? Reminds you of school playground??? Maybe time to take a more mature approach? Maybe time to start empathizing with other people - as to how they are feeling!

We'll have to wait and see I guess

I'm fed up with people say thinking Mark was the be all and end all of the show in terms of entertainment. Had he not entered, the dynamics would have been totally different so we can't really say it would have been a boring show.

IMO, a lot of what Mark did was bullying, but of course to his fans it was just banter.

Not denying though, he was funny at times.

this is a fair point, the housemates have gottin a lot of stick for being boring and doing nothing when in reality they have'nt been given much of a chance to do anything that did not involve being at eachothers throats (just to add to this, i think after bust ups like these its only natural to want to sit back and dwell on things, take time out), this as a direct result of bigbrothers own interference.

big brother for biggest game player and biggest **** stirer this year.

I tend to agree with you there, its also too soon, maybe in a couple of years. I definitely see a place for him on I'm a celebrity this year though, he'd be great in that. Possibly strictly also, to show a different aspect to him.

Agree, Missy! Marc seems to have some nifty dance moves, which we did not get to see a lot of.

I think if Marc is to be in another show, he needs not to be the "King of the Castle". Let him be in among a few of his own equals, who can give him back plenty of his own medicine!

I would agree with that, don't think Marc was the be all and end all of the show..

BUT I do think BB made him a central figure of the show by having a Vote to Evict system in place. Had it been Vote to Save, then I don't think Sarah, Harriet, Jade or Kieran would have went when they did. I think Joel, Chloe, Sam would have been the type of housemates to have been evicted early doors if that where the case as I couldn't see anyone bothering to keep those three or four in early in the show as they were doing very little.

Pity that's not what happened. Then we would have had a whole different show!

Indeed and I think people really didn't get a chance to take on board what those housemates leaving did to the show this year. Kieran against Marc would have been class and even Harriet's response to him would have made good viewing.

One story line which was in the making and which was scuppered by the early demise of Sarah which I think most people forgot about when attention turned to Marc (understandably) was that she said to Joel that he encouraged Aaron and appeared comfortable with his antics and had a pop at him about then going into the dairy room and saying he felt uncomfortable it. That is why Aaron was given the boot after all and there was fireworks in the making over that and the next night she was evicted.

That is why I can't stand Joel. He's a sneak. He took advantage of that situation and tried to get someone, who he seemingly was getting along with, removed from the house. Which is another reason why I have a lot of time for Marc actually, as not once after any of Danny's aggressive behavior (throwing food at him, getting in his face when he was sitting down, suggesting he would out a bowl in his face etc) did Marc ever go into the dairy room and play the victim and attempt to get Danny in trouble. Quite the opposite, he would laugh, play it down and say they would both be back to talking tomorrow. That's one of the reasons he will always be a BB legend in my eyes.

    No need to get personal.
Some people might call that bullying.

lucky for you I'm completely lacking in sensitivity ;)

The year Anthony won the prize money was £100,000. Eugene was offered £50,000 and told that it would mean that the overall prize money for the winner of BB would be reduced to £50,000. Or he could refuse it and the prize money would be doubled to £200,000. He took the money and so Anthony only won £50,000 that year (officially, but I have always doubted that personally as I would assume it's in their contracts that if they win the get the full prize money offered, maybe not).

I fully agree with what you're saying, but there are many ways to bully someone. There is the out an out bullying which is very evident to most people and then there is the sly, sneaking way of bullying someone by playing the hero and exaggeratedly defending someone that doesn't need defending, as was (I feel) the case when Brian attacked Helen the day after they came in from the bunker and accused her (and Marc) of picking on Chloe and making her cry (resulting the shoe throwing instance).

Had Helen not used the two inexcusable words she did, then I feel she did feck all wrong in that house tbf.

@darkcyrstal, you asked a question on Friday when I was fit to be tied at the result, so I couldnt answer. It was something about who do we think could win now. Well after calming down and seeing a few clips on facebook, I really think Jack could be in with a shot, he has started to not give a sh*t and that has released him from the worry and stress and he's now actually quite funny. I'd now love to see him win with Joel and Nick 2nd and 3rd respectively. Can you imagine Danny and Chloes faces. I hope all Marks supporters get behind them now.

PS Sorry if I was a bit grumpy.

Really disliking joel lately. He knows hes a favourite. Id love to see him lose because of that.

I wouldnt mind if chloe, jack or nick won. Maybe even sam. The rest are twats

You might change your mind about Chloe soon, the song true colours comes to mind. A few clips on fb of her will make you think of "it's all about the money, money" too. As for the rest of them, I agree.

Is that on the bb page? I dont particulary "like" her. She so far to me is just s nice girl sailing through..people like that usually do well in bb. Remember rachel that won it a few years ago? Bar marc, its been a terrible bunch of housemates in my opinion.

    Hopefully cbb is better!

    I can't stand her...sorry!

She's been responsible for so sucking so much fun out of the house and I don't find her moods entertaining to watch at all. She's immature to the point of being infantile. All she's offered the show so far is boobs, slothing around in bed, childish strops and when she feels like it, being attached at the hip to Nick, who has to constantly walk on eggshells, as he never knows where he stands with her - she can go postal at the slightest remark.

At this stage, she's my least favourite housemate left.

Yeah bbuk page, you'll have to use hola or something like that to watch the clips.

On another note, I thought them playing Taylor Swifts "Trouble" was very apt for Marks eviction, at least they got one thing right.
