Anyone into bikes? Getting this little nipper when my frame size comes back into stock. From reviews its seems just about the best bike you can get for this sort of money which suits me, biking is awful expensive (and yet cheaper than commuting).

Welcome to the cool crowd ;)

If I can offer one bit of advice - spend the money on a decent pair of bib shorts with a good chamois. And use chamois cream... your arse will thank you for it!

I'm out of here, this forum is far too mainstream.

There's a new place www.undergroundrugbyforum.ie which only has a handful of good people that's worth looking at.

I thought the molloy is a hipster joke would get old. But it's not. It's become a forum meme.

I feel like this is the pinnacle of the forum.

Roaming charges to end in the EU. From June 2017.

Now if only Switzerland was actually in the EU...

The MNOs have effectively started slashing these charges anyway. Not even just in the EU, I get free roaming in Australia/Canada/USA now. Their opposition to this in the EU probably disappeared when they stopped making so much money out of the market.

There's been a lot of improvements in the technology behind "subscription management" and the like which removed a huge amount of the cost of provisioning these services for these companies, so it's been an absolute goldmine for them recently. But all of these goldmines eventually succumb to price-wars in these markets where there aren't enough barriers to entry/competition to keep prices inflated. There are still enormous profiits to be had elsewhere in that industry!

The European Union is home to 503 million people, if we all just chip in a few Euro then we can get Greece sorted and hopefully get them back on track soon. Easy.

What We Need & What You Get

€1.6bn is what the Greeks need.

3euro from everyone in the Europe really highlights how bad their situation is!

what's to stop the operator of that fund just pocketing all the money and saying they "gave" it to the Greeks?

Wait a minute, you're right! This is possibly not legitimate!

€1.6 billion is due today. That's one payment.....one small payment relative to the full picture.

The scary thing is, that person appears to believe that such an action would actually go a long way to sorting this out.

I reckon it's more likely the Greek government get it and say they never received a penny!
