Thanks. As an aside has anyone noticed that their aren't as many working clock in public places as there used to be? I didn't wear a watch for years before the rise of the mobile but knew the location of every clock on my work route.

I must say that when I saw this from Wibbles19 I thought that our esteemed moderator must have his own little Papagena out there*.

the only time I don't wear my watch is when I working out, I feel naked without it, and it's a nice watch, a lovely watch. It was a present for my hubby and it is just as important as my wedding ring and worth a hell of a lot more ( I dare you to try and prise it from my cold dead hands)

With the warm weather this week I swapped out the bracelet for the rubber strap that came with my cave dweller and I'm loving it.. Completely changes the look of the watch and very comfortable in the heat too!

I doubt it, Cyrus' shirt has an extra row of stitches in the second last white band:cool:

Good Ol Seiko SKXA35 on Martac NATO while out fishing.

Sold quite a few watches over the last year, but when the offer came on this one, I couldnt let it go. On the Martac, its about as comfortable as a watch can be.

Recent acquisition - a manual wind HMT from India of dubious ebay origins (€14!) but its a quaint little thing that keeps time and is eye catching, I like it.

Sorry about the quality of the photo. It took me 1 hour to get a half decent photo.
2 hours to get said photo onto the laptop. Another hour trying to upload and it still hasn't appeared correctly.

I should stick to changing valves in my old wireless.
