Anybody think Dani will be mad at Tyrion soon because ultimately, not killing and only banishing Ser Friendzone who is carrying a fecking plague is a bad decision because he will just keep coming back!

Have a feeling it might not go as smoothly as we think it will.

Hes definitely going to come back I'd say. The fact he has greyscale is unknown to everyone else. Fast forward 2 seasons and Deanerys whole army are stone men :pac:

I must say I loved the white walkers on the horses scene, felt a lot like the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse style stuff. Cracking episode

Watched the ep again lastnight. The last 20 mins are just a joy, but apart from that I don't think it was all that great.

Arya's story at the moment is incredibly dull IMO.

I was wondering about that! I was sure there was more than one giant left after the siege at the wall

There are just as many as the CGI budget allows!

It's not a patch on her time with the Hound that's for sure! I do think they are over-doing the old dark dungeon vibes this season as well. We now have Cersei, Jaime & Bronn as actual prisoners (Margery too even if we haven't seen her in her cell). Sansa is pretty much a prisoner in Winterfell and that gaff Arya is shacked up in is every bit as dreary as a prison. You could almost add Sam and Gilly into that mix too the way things are for them just now with Jon away.

When they did a wide shot of all the Wildlings outside the gate at Hardhome you could see a few Giants among them.

As all those who were caught outside the gate were killed and reanimated we will no doubt see some undead Giants in the future.

Are you kidding me??? The Dany/Tyrion scene alone was one of the best piece of dialogue in the series

We've seen her in her cell:

That wee lad Olly is going to do an Omar Little on Jon, I reckon. There have been a couple of scenes dedicated to his dissatisfaction with Jon brokering a deal with the wildlings. They're being put there for a reason, and that lad already killed Ygritte.

I think either Jon or possibly Sam will kill Olly.

I'd say Gilly, maybe Olly will try to kill Sam and Gilly does the deed

Is there any way the "children" could be fallen children of the forest from thousands of years earlier? Just like in s01e01, they're the only wights that pause. All of the other wights behave like regular zombies.

Why would Jon kill him? The only way I could see Sam killing him is if he tries to kill Jon.

Olly is pretty put out by the whole wildlings situation, we've had a couple of scenes where he has expressed as much. I think those scenes are intended to build up a motive for Olly to try and make an attempt on Jon's life.

Either way, I think Jon is going to face a mutiny of some kind when he gets back to the wall. Things are a little too neatly heroic with this character right now.

Wonder how the giant got into that hut initially!

They built the hut around him.

Baby Sam is a wildling so I think prehaps Olly might try to kill him or his mother. I think Jon killing Olly could resemble the same way that Olly killed Ygritte.

Olly will be about to kill Tormund and Jon must sacrifice Olly in order to keep the trust of the wildlings as they all respect Tormund.

Thought of that initially. Some boring life he must have had, I reckon when the White Walkers attacked he was secretly delighted. Got him out of the house anyway.

Maybe, but I think those scenes were intended to show how Olly actually feels a little betrayed by Jon though. He looks up to Jon as a sort of role model and seeing him doing a deal with the people who killed his parents makes him think less of Jon, imo. He was still even holding out hope that Jon was trying to lure the wildlings into a trap.

When he arrives back to the wall with a band of rescued wildlings, I think that'll spell bad news for Jon. And I don't think Olly is the only one there who won't stand for it. I think that Allistair bloke is after Jon's job too.

Tell me about it, I spend half the episode squinting at the tv or trying to adjust the brightness so I can make out who is in the shot!

Can a normal blade kill a White Walker, if for example you chopped their head off?

I doubt it - it seems that normal weapons shatter upon contact with either the Walkers or their crystal sword things.

Yea, I'm guessing the only Westerosi-made thing that could even touch them might be wildfire.

One of the finest hours of TV since Liverpool came back against ac Milan in 2005

You really call a game of sport one of the top two hours of TV in ten years? I take it you watch Game of Thrones and footballs exclusively?

I could see the last paragraph happening.

Aye, it seems to be hinting that some major incident is going to occur there. They seem to be playing up the Sam / Gilly relationship quite a bit too. Which makes me wonder how safe they are. Could all get very messy in the last two episodes.
